Hepatorenal Syndrome and AKI in Cirrhosis ft Andrew Allegretti, MD MSc 

On October 19, 2023, we had the privilege of hosting Dr. Andrew Allegretti as our distinguished speaker for Renal Grand Rounds. Dr. Allegretti's presentation on "Hepatorenal Syndrome and AKI in Cirrhosis" was a comprehensive exploration of the pathophysiology behind these conditions. He also provided the latest treatment updates, including the use of terlipressin, and offered insights into new approaches for managing this complex condition.
