@@garrett3726 Worst tren physique ever. Even that thin guy who'd never trained a day in his life had a better tren physique. Just accept women can be strong 😂
@@Bartholomew_the_smart_fellanot at all, especially for a woman. It takes double the effort for women to be able to pull this off. Massive respect to her and for women who train hard to achieve this
@@Ariadne4 stop spouting bs wdym double the effort bro lmaooo If she practiced from young age and kept going on with it not like modern lazy ass women then she can even surpass ur ass
The first woman exudes effortless femininity while manhandling those reps. THAT is a strong independent woman who knows what she wants, and works towards it.
@@dsoul1305 by mountains she meant trekking. Check her profile out, bruh I have seen her in person. She's a calisthenics athlete. There are very few professional rock climbers in india
pls let her do everything.dont let our maniacal and highly judgemental society to control her life like how they usually do with girls/woman.. by the way,be the same with ur wife too.if she's strong, the child will grow up to be like her❤
@@C0d0ps ive been convincing myself of otherwise but it makes the most logical sense. train yourself to pull up your current body weight while losing weight. Genius tbh
@@JadetheGoober We can’t always add weights to our pull-ups as we are beginners. But once you’ve gotten the technique down, you’ll gradually add weight. - Either you add muscle, or fat, or a weight around your waist. It all adds up and you’ll be stronger than before. - I’m just an amateur fighter, wrestler, doing my best out here, one day at a time.
We could all become so strong if we all had multiple instances a day where we can express this strength. Once a day only gets you so far. We should have this everywhere, because Why Not
Just schedule it in to your day or make some sort of self imposed rule (like Might Guy from Naruto) that you have to exercise at a certain time. A few years back, I made rules for myself that I had to do 20 chin ups everytime I walked past my chin up bar, and stomach crunches during the ad breaks when I was watching TV. I ended up doing hundreds of both every day, and got absolutely shredded!
When I saw the one arm pull up thats awesome, she does that with ease. The only person I can think off who can do one arm pullups are superheroes like captain america. The indian lady didnt break a sweat
I'm 14 and can do that type of one arm pull up..that's not a real arm pull up tho, the real one you don't take support of hand but yeah she's really strong and I aspire to be like that one day
Amazing, I really need to work on my form as I’m a little all over the place. To the point where paying attention is the difference between success and failure
Well we don't consider it as such, we are Indians and worldwide we are known as Indians, not Asians, we have our own Unique Identity, unlike East Asian and Southeast Asian countries (all of them known as Asians because it is hard to distinguish them for outsiders so they call them Asians to make it easy for themselves 😂) so there is nothing proud of being called Asian for us or anyone.
Have to take this to heart to really fix my issue. When I was with a trainer he noticed this and did some of these things you talked about to fix my issue. But it is something I have to keep working on. After a long delay I tried on my own and they are a challenge (my strength in these not there yet) And I was so sore after And really have to watch my left arm. But I will not give up. After a bit of more rest will try out again.
Don't compare an Indian girl with an American girl...they don't eat the same. The Indian girl grown all her life in best diet, ok...she can fly if she wants to !😅
What? This is just excuses. There are certainly problems in both the diets of both countries, but to simply dismiss her work as "Oh boo hoo she has had a great diet" is misleading. Have a good day...
The Indian diet is high in saturated fats since they use ghee a lot in their cooking. Indian sweets are also very high in sugar. Indians have a high incidence of diet related heart disease and diabetes in middle age due to their diet not being that healthy. If you want a good example of a healthy diet, the look to Japan or the Mediterranean countries.
