New Jeans is better under HYBE. All the things you're accusing HYBE, its really the CEO of ADORE duty. A conglomerate means that the parent company cannot make managerial decisions in subsidiaries only their own CEO can make good or bad decisions. This is why the involvement of HYBE/BSH in ADORE/NJ work is zero. It suppose that the CEO/MHJ to ask for their support or if they are doing something that implies company management it will be illegal. That's not going to happen, HYBE owns Ador and their contracts and has no reason to release them. Bunnies need to accept that MHJ is going to be fired and Ador and NewJeans will continue on under HYBE. And that is absolutely what is best for them, MHJ's claims about HYBE's "mistreatment" of NewJeans are large just grudges about things that happened in the past and didn't ultimately matter, and more importantly they are distractions from the actual legal case against her. Unfortunately, with new text messages, min hee jin calling one of the members fat, calling one female employee viles name because she brought up sexual harassment. She also texts about newjeans fans' horrible, too. She texts messages about how she doesn't like working with females because they complain too much, etc. though she is a female herself. Let me take the chance and remind why legally "kids" should not debut and we should stop supporting groups with even one -18 member. These kids would have more agency and would do more haggling in all of this if they were legal adults. Look at 50/50 and New Jeans and tell me these kids are not crushed by even their parents.

As a half japanese person, it makes me realize how much worse managements are in korea. I have been a fan of newjeans since their debut, and it makes me so mad that bang si hyuk is forcing them to take a 1.5 year break that is literally so close to how many months since they’ve debuted. Hybe is such a big company, they can find another producer in literally 2-4 months, and its obvious the ceo of hybe favors other groups. HYBE is in control of Spotify promotion: NewJeans already got enough traffic for having their song unfront spotify. BUT their song isnt on upper portion. 3. Deleting yt comments with million likes on How Sweet mv. HYBE, you have the duty to protect and promote NJ despite your legal issues with ADOR.”
Well, to understand it u need to know about how holdings and contracts works... Ador is the legal owner of NJ and MHJ is the CEO, but Hybe have 80% of the shares of Ador, so, if Hybe would like to take the direct profits of NJ, they need to buy the rights from Ador, but in the same way, Ador still needs the support of Hybe to keep promoting NJ. Hybe cannot simply kick out MHJ, they need legal arguments to take control over Ador

For me personally, being greeted by somebody whose name I don’t remember is anxiety inducing and my personal hell.
