Ingredients:
250 g of mascarpone
250 g of fresh cream
250 g of ladyfingers
150 g of sugar
80 g of egg yolks
50 g of water
coffee to taste
cocoa to taste
Watch the whole video, don't skip the steps, especially for pasteurization.
Cake pan: 28 x 20 cm
Let the tiramisu rest in the refrigerator before serving.
Recommended resting time: minimum 12 hours.
