@@artysgarage I do not have time to send it to a car paint repairer. I can do this on my own. I always love my Mazda 2 MAZDASPEED. I try to look after it as best as I can. I will try this out tomorrow and let you know :)

@@artysgarage I will for sure. I need to remove my right hand side rear mudflap. Clean the area then apply the wax. When its all done I can install the mudflap back in. Its nothing to serious can be fixed on my own. I will let you know. I have confidence this will work. Also I should invest in a dash cam too. Im so over people not admitting to any accident.

@@artysgarage Thanks. I'll let you know how it works. I can't feel the scratches with my fingernail so I'm thinking that it shouldn't be any problem removing them. I'll have to wash my truck first because it's covered in ashes from the wildfire we've had over the last week near Flagstaff, Arizona. Luckily, the fire is almost contained and we didn't have to evacuate from our neighborhood.

@@juliecairns9644 I haven't tried the product because I live off of a dirt road and I rarely wash my truck. Luckily my truck is silver and the scratches are barely even visible. I'm off road quite a bit and already have small paint chips etc. so I decided to heck with it. If you try it, I would like to hear about the results because I will eventually get around to trying it myself. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck and hope the product works for you.

Meguiard interior detailing products are great, i cant speak the same for exterior. Turtle wax graphene ceramic dominstew the hybrid cetamic offered from meguiars, in 1 its more glossy and 2 its more durable and 3 its bullet proof to dish soap where meguiars comes right off. Now. Iron remover, nothing beats car pro ironx, invis glass cleaner is best and cheap on the market, adams shampoo is the best foam. Meguiars interior detailer is one of the best as its an all purpose cleaner as well as a protectant, chemixal guys microfibers are better than meguiars, as well as chem guys honey dew along with vrp is superior than meguiars. Ive been detailing for about 8 years, ive tried plenty of products from turtle wax to adams to carpro to modesto to meguiars to armorall (dont buy this, it will ceack your dash) toblack magic to eagle, tried em, then just picked up a variant of the best from some of these brands

I did the same shit this past winter, the shovel had a metal core at the bottom of it smh .

It safe to use just don’t go overboard and use to much of the product and with a lot of force when applying it! I used it many times and never had a issue! In the video I showed how I use it maybe try it my way 👍

Didn't work at all. Will have to go to a professional shop. Mine is a lightly scratched roof top over the driver side door, apparently where some lady scratched it with her ring as she was entering the vehicle. Very tiny scratches but they will not buff out for me. Thanks anyway, man.

You don’t have to press down hard. Once you starting going into circle just slowly add pressure. If the scratch is to deep it won’t go away regardless on the pressure you apply! I hope this helps you 🙏👍

I’ve only used it by hand but I did read on different forums that it was formulated for hand and when you use it with a machine and it heats up it doesn’t do well! You can try it but I recommend by hand 👍

Did someone try to do a paint correction on it ? Using a compound night leave it looking hazy and you might need to polish it! Hard to exactly recommend you something without seeing it.

If the scratch is very deep and this compound won’t work then most likely other products like this wont work either!

Arty, I tried it anyhow and it helped. However, there's a film around the diameter of scratches. It really shows up on the black paint. Any suggestions on how to work that out? Meguiar's Mirror Gaze maybe? Thanks again for your help!

Just by what your saying I’m guessing a Brillo Pad depending how you used it probably damaged your paint pretty bad so I don’t think this will work! I haven’t seen your damage so it’s hard to say what will work in your situation.

Start with a mild compound ( like meguiars ultimate compound ) apply it the same way he did in the video. If it does not work you can try a more abrasive/aggressive compound with a buffer machine.

You should polish the car instead
