I love the interior of the space station. It’s like the most well economized starter base… like, if you started a new world, right now, making those stations right away, you’d be fully set. That is a brilliant space station, as it should have everything in as little of space as possible

from what i heard the new generation wasn't that great in the seed they had, and so they decided to start over in 1.18

Could also be due to the Log4Shell issue, with the vulnerability being fixed in 1.18.1, and so they wanted to quickly roll over into that version, as well as the new generation.
