Facts about the new update (pots): 1: you can put regular bricks in the crafting recipe for the big pot 2: you can put a normal pot on top of the big pot and “plant” a flower

Mumbo, you can use the new calibrated skulk censor to listen out for an arrow firing and hook it up to the target block in your and Grian's target block game, making a piston move the target block out of the way before being hit, creating a useless machine

Here is the math: 24 double chests of bamboo equals 20,736 planks, which equals 2,592 chests. (each double chest is 3,456 Bamboo) If one night of afk gained approximately 18-20 double chests of bamboo you would gain 15,552-17,280 planks a night or 1,944-2,160 chests. If you choose to make barrels instead of chests it would be approximately 2,221.7 to 2,468.5 barrels per night. Chests Per Hour: 243 - 270 Barrels Per Hour: 277.7 - 308.5 This means that if this overnight afk was a low estimate of 8 hours and your average diamonds per hour mining is the random guestimate of 45, your price range would be between 5.4 chests per diamond and 6 chests per diamond. The average price point for barrels with the same estimates would be around 5-7 barrels per diamond. However, seeing as your already crazy rich you could choose to sell at a crazy low value of 1 diamond for a half stack, or even a full stack in order to corner the market for chests for the entire server. The main risk from this strategy is another Cheepslate situation, so in order to prevent this you could team up with another hermit who has a shulker farm set up, such as ImpulseSV, and sell both chests, barrels, and shulker boxes for cheap.

Mumbo, you can place a flower pot on top of the pot you crafted if you want to put flowers in it. The two pots actually fit together quite well.

after watching this i'm totally gonna go exploring on my own world, it was so fun to see mumbo discovering everything. also saying "good morning" to the random sniffer at his base was really funny lol

Mumbo unknowingly pulled a really smart star while exploring the trail ruins, using an unenchanted diamond shovel, so you reduce the risk of accidentally mining the sustainable gravel.

Make sure to duplicate those armor trims before you use them! You could open a little shop for pottery shards and armor trims!

You can duplicate the armor trims if you surround them with diamonds in a crafting table. Might be a worthwhile business endeavor since you're probably one of the first people to gather some.

Archaeology is definitely one of the best features they've added to the game. Really hope they add more gameplay changing features like this in the future :D

Just so you know Mumbo, Shards are what archaeologists define as glass pieces. A piece of pottery is a Sherd and Minecraft had to change the name to be more accurate to real life.

If anyone is interested how many bamboo planks you can make with 24 double chests ,I did the math so, you have 24 double chests each chest has 54 slots for items each slot can hold 64 items so 54*64= 3456 items in 1 chest, you have 24 chests so 24*3456 = 82944 bamboo in total to make 1 bamboo block you need 9 bamboo so 82944:9 = 9216 bamboo blocks, 1 bamboo block gives 2 bamboo planks, 9216*2 = 18432 bamboo planks. (Edit:I think I did the math correctly if not I’m sorry)

They should definitely add the ability to put a 2 block tall flower in the pots

I have not been this anxious for a minecraft series episode to come out since Captainsparklez did TrollCraft. I'm a new fan Mumbo but I'm loving it! Gonna go watch season 8 now... work my way backwards :)

(19:10) I did the math. Each double chest has 54 slots, which means that each double chest full of bamboo contains 3.456 bamboo or 768 planks. Hence, 24 double chests full of bamboo contain 82.944 bamboo, or 18.432 planks. That makes 2.304 chests. *Edit; I fucked up the numbers a little bit. Bamboo planks are made with blocks of bamboo, two planks per block. Fixed the the math, so it's all accurate now.*

Mumbo, if you wanna get the new flowers, you need to know that sniffers have memory, that means that they won't dig on the same block twice, so have fun farming!

I dont know where else to suggest an idea like this, but players should be able to craft sustainable sand and gravel and put custom items in them. Server members would have a blast with that

The total is 18432 planks or 2304 chests. My mathematical working is below for those who are interested. There are 24 Double Chests, which is has 54 Slots each, which is a total of 1296 slots with 64 bamboo in each. That equates to a total of 84944 bamboo. Divide by 9 to make bamboo wood which equals 9216 Bamboo Wood blocks, and then times by 2 for planks which gives us a final total of 18432 planks or 2304 chests.

My heart is aching. The trails are those teracotta blocks. For future adventure: Only break sand, gravel and sometimes dirt at that struckture, if you want to see the struckture.

From my calculations, 24 double chests of bamboo should be 288 stacks or 5 1/3 double chests of bamboo planks.
