Hero Wars | Which Heroes Should I level? Part1 

What do you think about corvus? i been switching Galahad for corvus lately bc i think that corvus has a lot of sustain and it's almost the same dmg

@@jackhills2378 notice that he did say they are all ok but are OUTSHINED he didn't say they're bad. also, on the mobile version, things are different. An example is that Dante is way worse than he is on facebook

The fact that some heroes just aren't worth leveling/upgrading tells you all you need to know about the development of the game and making money > any sense of balance

I leveled up Galahad like most people, but I am not sure he is better then Aurora. She can dodge very well. I tested both in full power mode and the result after 2 minutes was undecided.

I agree that the game is different from the ads. But I disagree that the game is bad. I prefer an RPG over a puzzle game any day.

@@HeroWarsCentral the question is why is there "wrong heros" in the first place? A properly developed game has few options but many combinations. The combination is the player skill reward. Adding waves of new characters with overpowered skills to kill of prev character growth smacks of cash grab. Anyone who suffered through War Robots learned that the hard way.

@@russelkiefer8590 While I do agree, I'll also argue that there is a learning curve to designing hero balance in any game. They should be curating the old heroes instead of releasing new ones.

I think both of you are being very negative. I thought the same thing about the ad. And to be so honest, I thought I was never going to play again. Ive been on the game for like 4 months now. I've never played a game or stayed active with one. So, this game is pretty cool 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel the opposite the ad was soo bad the actual game is awesome

I think this advice applies more to the PC / FB version than the mobile version. Arachne is awesome in mobile and she doesn't come up easily.

Chapter 8 boss is tough! Check out some of the other videos on youtube about how to beat him! I actually made 2 myself.

Arachne is not that bad as a single target damage dealer but I haven't been investing into her lately, of course, because I have better heroes like Yasmine as damage dealers. You have no choice but to invest into her a few resources because it'll cost you a few days to get some really good heroes. I don't like Luther either, he seems to be a waste of resources for me. He is way too vulnerable while doing Omen. My two tanks are Astaroth and Galahad, with Ziri to come (GA + endgame) and I've been waiting for the moment to come to get rid of Luther. Aurora would have been a great tank bit I chose Galahad as second tank (for my physical team). Celeste ROCKS. She's really two heroes in one, and she is good even for arena defense. I have yet to replace Yasmine because there are way too many Helios teams lurking around... Orion is a great magic damage dealer against bosses. I've been playing without Martha but I'm planning to level her up for campaign. Ishmael: not good enough at my level but good tanky warrior behind Ziri so I keep him leveled up. Qing Mao: good for my physical team.

Maybe combine him with another tank or high health hero and then that is a pretty good combo. I think markus is one of the good ones

@@HeroWarsCentral I use Luther instead of Astorath and it beats that it but its a pain in the butt. Btw love your work keep it up! I have found it VERY useful :)

@@tarshja Luther is extremely good when your 2nd hero can tank well, in your case either Krista or Jorgen.

@@HeroWarsCentral I freaking love Krista. She is like my favourite hero especially when she is the most intelligent member of the team really helps against heroes like Cornelius. :)

​@@pizzad00d First off, Barbarian skin for sure! That armor goes a long way to keeping Astaroth alive. I would focus on getting the Devil Skin before you invest too much into his standard skin, though. Arachne isn't bad! I call her a trap, because she's the carrot that the Devs dangle to get you to keep playing that first or second day. Faceless is very strong. He gives your whole team passive magic defense, which is extremely important later on in the campaign, and against mage teams in the arena. He also pairs very well with just about any strong hero, as his ability to copy allows you to double the heals, or double the damage, or double the whatever. He's a top 5 for me.

@@HeroWarsCentral - I got my Barbarian Skin. It has definitely helped in the taking damage department. I'm only level 39 and keep running out of coins to upgrade him.

She's really really good, don't get me wrong. But later on, she's outclassed by Keira, Ginger, QingMao, Etc.

She is working as of now, because you got her absolute and probably on par or higher upgrades than the others (rank, glyphs, gift of the elements) but as every hero slowly gets to the same amount of stars and upgrades, she’ll drop rapidly. Also, she is a hybrid (magic attack/physical attack). All her abilities scales on magic atk, while being an agility based hero, so she doesn’t get enough items to power her abilities. If that isn’t enough, she doesn’t have penetration options for either type, so she’ll hit like a wetnoodle as everyone naturally gets more armor and magic resistance.

@@jeffmagnifico7055 she got ~medium life, also leeches good enuf to be like semi tank new mainline up is - Galahad - Archbe - Celeste - Ginger - Thea : works good together in arena/tower/story mission

Great question! Astaroth is great if you have a squishy damage dealer. Cleaver is great if you don't, or if the opposing team doesn't have an AOE.

I'm very new to the game, just wondering how does AoE affect him? I know you'll probably cover this in your part two, but I can't wait lol

That's interesting information. I couldn't remember when or how I got Aurora, but I knew I got her early and invested too much into her.

@@GarudAtma My Arachne was my first 4star hero lol. I remember staying up REALLY late to make sure I got every chunk of that 12hours I could.

@@HeroWarsCentral ok, you are way ahead than me in these types of mistakes. But new players can definitely save themselves from over grinding efforts if they care to watch the tips.

celeste is awesome, faceless nice if u upgrade him as he can imitate skills, btw its Qing Mao, and she's pretty good if u invest, although some dont recommend her. Astaroth always good, and... I don't hv Karkh ;-; but some tier lists list him up as S tier, so overall ur good

finkelzo Astaroth and Cleaver. Last is really situational, as heroes has different strengths and roles to fill in a composition. Galahad works really well in pure physical compositions, Aurora is a great offensive tank if put into a mage team, as she benefits from their artifact buffs and makes her doing a significant number on the damage graph. Ziri is a great defensive tank, but needs another strong frontline hero (does not necessarily have to be another tank, but has to take a beating without dying while she gets HP back underground) Rufus is very situational, but shuts down Satori and pure mage teams. Chabba is all around durable and offers a small CC on opponents tank, so if you have a heavy frontline hitting team, Chabba might create the opening for you. He is also fairly easy to get stars on.

@@HeroWarsCentral It must be a VIP thing then, because im having a hard time getting any soul stones to drop. Again, It must be a VIP thing cos i just ran 3X3 for Galahad, Ginger, and Azroth. Not a single stone dropped but 1 for Ginger and that was it. And I am on Facebook not on mobile.

@@gamingwithmarnas3446 You should file a report with the helpdesk. I have never done the 3x raid and not got at least 1 stone.

They are guaranteed to drop at least 1 soul stone in a raid x3. If your not getting any report top admins as it's probably a bug.

Thanks for the support, and kind words! Arachne is incredibly strong early game, but later on she is a mixed bag without focus. No high level teams (above 80ish) use her because she just falls short and needs a lot of support. So, because of her strength in the low-to-mid levels, alot of people invest a TON into her. And then she just gets completely outclassed.

her cards are a good cash cow when you run short on it, meaning almost always. Hero Wars Central, if a girl play the game (meaning if someone's gender on facebook is female), she will start with Artemis

You can only manually activate the first ability, none of the rest.

They did revise her on mobile! Hopefully the change will come to FB soon.

Are you playing on mobile? This video is for the facebook version, and there are differences between the two. This might be one of them.

I have 3 Arachne soul stones so I am thinking I ran out of energy and didn't log in again for 24 hours. Oh well, I have other heroes now.

Artemis is garbage

Yasmine is VICIOUS! even low leveled she can take out my entire lv 75 team, just can't figure out how to get her yet.

Mojo does SERIOUS damage later on! I wish he were SLIGHTLY better.

Her artifact is amazing too. If you charge her energy max and have a three star artifact(100% chance to activate) she is constantly giving magic attack buff. Im no sure if it stacks but if it does even better.

Cornelius is good in a Ast/Satori/Jorgen/Corn/Martha team!

That's a great question! It all comes down to how you want to play the game.

Sadly, I think these videos skew the game. I always tell my guild, every character has its role. But folks see videos like this and it created trends.
