Thanks for the video. Love the channel, fellas. Note that if you use a denali sound bomb, at least in my case, at the end of the firmware update, the horn sounded for about 15 seconds at full blast. Nice and subtle way of indicating "update complete." Happy hex team added this tweak 😊.
When you open the program on a Mac. The window that shows the Hex icon and Applications folder, you just drag the icon across to the folder and it installs it. Easy! 👍

Hi folks, happy to see that there are updates on the hex can, quick question, I have this installed on the Africa twin 2021, I really like my aux lights to turn on only when the engine runs but I’m unable to find this option, my squadron pro lights run on a 2 wire system and are capped at 10amps and are on one circuit. Can you help?
I recently did the firmware update on my Gen I ezCan and my Clearwater Lights rear brake Billie stopped working. It seems the software is recognizing the accessory but when I press on my brake lever, it does not lid up as it suppose to. Any ideas for a remedy here?
@milaabaiger536 I've got mine on a twin ezcan setup which allows the lights to run independently i.e. off when indicating. ABike thing fitted and has a video on how to do it. So, aux lights, side indicator disks, rear light and sound bomb all good.

Hmmm. Plugged in and was prompted to install 2402.4, but kept getting “network error”. Went to Hex EzCan website to download, and McAfee anti virus declared it infected! Puh, what a faff…
Hey, just installed mine and I'm also waiting ages looking at the accesoire manager saying "connect device to continue" and nothing is happening. I have bought I believe a silver coloured gen 2 but next to the micro usb port there is also no LED light blinking at all. How long did it take to get that popup?
