Sir I have a doubt that I’m going to buy This xta version but is it good for some extend of off-road type of road because I used to go on mines and all, please help Sir. Some people says that Xta version or all the automatic cars get stuck in muddy area or in good Sandy condition please reply sir so I can clearly know about the car’s capability in automatic....
XTA is 4x2 which can not be good off roader as XT 4X4 can be. However in mud it is equally capable as 4x2 XT is. To handle mud better you can put more load in the rear of XTA or 4x2 XT for better traction. Also it is rear wheel drive so you can not take advantage of turing steering and accelerating to gain traction. Better carry some recovery rubber mats to overcome such situations. There are professional recovery rubber pads are also available for this purpose. So it is not automatic issue at all but 4x4 against 4x2 and also putting more weight on the rear axel of XTA can help you in case of crisis. Take it anywhere but 4x2 is always tricky in heavy muddy conditions. You can also use XTAs manual mode to handle the situation better. Also never use braking on slippery or snowy surfaces. Use manual mode of XTA to switch gears faster than manual 4x2 version , would give you better control over manual and slow clutch releasing hassles of XT or any manual 4x2 suv. Also in snow or mud you can wrap nylon strings around 2 diagonal wheels for much safer drive. Enjoy driving 🚗 Thanks
@@yaatrigan6414 very small issues which were resolved during normal service schedule... One was oil leak stains for Power steering...repaired with additional 200 INR, another was, oil leakage stains on engine head which was also repaired under warranty... Rest is fine. It's very stable now for more than 1 year now. Service was upto the mark without any issues.
In Chandigarh it is 9 kmpl in summers, 11 in winters, 13 summers highways, 15 winters highway, 17 if driven between 80-85 with gentle acceleration only . This is after adjusting speedometer and odometer errors which actually shows over mileage of 1.8 kmpl.
It is just going in rain without umbrella but sometimes you don't have it. Similarly these hardworking drivers find the chains expensive and time consuming but if given for cheap they would love to use. Also there is alternative to chains which is nylon rope which can be used effectively. Thanks
It is just keeping you and your family safe...they are localities so small accident may not bother them much but for a tourist it can spoil the whole tour.
