​@Welshy one could argue they go hand in hand. I wouldn't be motivated to be a witness in court knowing I'm a witness to someone who is making it seem much worse than it actually is. Semantics aside, he is lying. He couldn't get a witness to come = he couldn't find anyone to confirm the lie. That hypothetical witness would then become just as guilty as the defendant.

Don't forget, he already has a "Serious Injury" lawsuit planned for the defendant. He talked about it. She never should have left the scene.
