@@sebyah_carbonate segregation ended 60 years ago so black people still live in impoverished communities. When your entire family lives in a poor community and your schools are terrible because of schooling being based on how much wealth people have around you and your people have little connection to corporate America then yeah, it makes sense for black people to be poorer.
