Ben Pearson I haven’t seen much either, but I looked at his wikipedia and apparently he’s a racist bc his mom taught him that white people were better than blacks bc she got beaten down and life or some shit. She also told Ruckus that he was white but had “reverse vitiligo” which led to dark pigmentation in his skin (not a real condition)
@@fcpecan7492 Well Boondocks was made and aired during a time that was still acceptable to have controversial satire. Now everyone is a snowflake. If Boondocks came out right now, it would 100% be cancelled.
@@yeeyeekaree1107i think in a later season he discovers he's black via a dna test, but i doubt it'd have happened by the time the King episode released
@@Vihara2 I know that. I'm talking about this episode specifically. I remember him saying "I was happy at the back of the bus". These two lines don't make sense since he thinks he's a white man. This episode in particular always made me question whether or not he truly thinks he's white or deep down knows he's black.
The impersonator is actually the guy who voices the character. He was on the Snoop Dog show to try and get money for his movie. Too racist, didn't happen :(
The creeper Maybe you're unaware, but in some parts of the US the police are notoriously trigger happy. Mistakes happen in heated situations but the amount of innocent deaths are completely unacceptable. Here's a news story of an innocent white man who was killed by police. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qJFHPgxYpAQ.html Surely you can understand how this can happen to a black person who is doing nothing wrong.
He was 102 African with a 2% margin of error but some black intern messed up the ancestry DNA results.... So the updated results 50% Caucasian ..... That's a proud white man ✊🏻
Every character in this show represents modern black men Ruckus- self hating black man Grandad- goes with whatever’s convenient even when it’s not right Riley- gangsta mentality, thinks acting reckless is the only way to be successful as a black person. Huey- revolutionary, knows what he’s worth and capable of, goes against the man and is not afraid of confrontation
@@om3g4z3r0 ah yes, one of the typical archetypes for the modern black man. Y'know, my friend Louis actually turned himself into a pickle last week, funniest shit I've ever digested
About 15 years (give or take) & the drive by brick throwing is still hilarious 😂 'Sorry mistuh white man siiiiiir' **runs into car trying to throw another brick** 🤣🤣
he talks about re- albinism in second episode it is just usually walking line between lying to himself he is white and knowing he is black but still having inferiority complex
There are multiple times throughout the show where Ruckus refers to himself as a Black person. Ruckus genuinely believes he’s a white person, but since his “condition” shows otherwise, he just treats himself like a Black person.
@@damionmathis1200 far right? Definitely, centre right? Not necessarily I haven't watched the show but it definitely wouldn't surprise me, if uncle ruckus was right leaning and since the right likes to make A LOT of generalization about the left, this is incredibly ironic
Lol "the establishment" only steers it in a certain direction, for particular goals. It has always been tribal between humans before the establishment, was established. The only way to truly have peace between everyone is to all have our own space and prosper independently, but few want to admit to that. Most would rather continue living in a forced situation of back and forth conflict that just compounds resentment.
