Devil may Dance. No bugs, No Performance issues, No Microtransactions, Rare to see these days. And a Shadow dropped game.Need sequel for this Masterpiece 💗

Edit: Turns out it didn't matter how successful it was. The success of Hi-Fi Rush is definitely going to lead to more shadow drops in the future from Xbox. All this buzz and praise while spending very little in the way of marketing is a pretty big win for them. I'd love to see more high quality shadow drops from all the players, personally.

This is one of the rare games that deserves a 10/10. It is faultless. Everything works as intended as is fun. It is so well polished. Best rhythm game ever.

Chai breaking out of the force field using the beat from within is one of the best moments in a game!

You don't get your moves to fill the rhythm fully right away, but when you do, golly it feels perfect.

Well Square Enix, Forspoken lost (to a shadow drop). Someone’s life is going to be a living hell cause of this.

Been playing the game daily since it launched, and am currently focused on replaying story missions and doing the rhythm tower. The thing that still blows my mind is how impressive the in-engine cutscenes are. It's genuinely looks like you're watching a (very exceptional) hand-animated show. There are also a small number of actual hand-animated cutscenes, and honestly, the in-game stuff looks much better.

Make sure to use calibration in the options of the game to guarantee timing with the controller and game!.... Basically if you have lag with 🎮 controller and console you can adjust it in options. So every button press matches the on screen graphics.

Just finished this game and truly enjoyed every single second of it, glad it was on the gamepass tbh. Story was nice, Combat can be difficult at first but it can so addictive and satisfying once you caught the grasp of it and start chaining perfect combos. And the characters were funny as hell. Would definitely recommend giving it a try if you have gamepass 💯

Whole world move with the beat, tons of details, and then they have Robot Cat 808, a cat can do special attack, charm the enemies, 10/10 Already confirmed for one of GOTY nomination.

I've seen people trying to downplbay the success of this game. Mostly hardcore die hard Sony fans. 🤷🏽‍♂️

For a game to be shadow dropped without any hype, this is easily the best thing on an X-box in well OVER a decade. Hopefully this sends a message to MS that these are the games that they need, and we want -not unfinished over budgeted cash grabs, but games with actual vision.

We need more AA games like HiFi Rush, AAA tripe are a dime a dozen these days.

Happy Tango may have a hit on their hands. Feel they are a slightly underrated studio. Love that he's a 25 year old protagonist even if he still looks like a 15 year old.

Its rare that once a game releases you instantly want a sequal, cartoon tv show, merchandise & 808 at the same time!! AMAZING 10/10

It's kind of sad that we have to praise a game for just coming out... complete. That doesn't feel like it was crunched out of an assembly line of overworked, underpaid developers. That puts the player experience before anything else, that has both a solid main story mode and a decent amount of post-game content. That is insanely polished by today's standards out of the box, and that has a very solid PC port that unlike most others nowadays gave me personally 0 issues. Thankfully this game does far more than the bare minimum and would be a gem in any gaming age. Tango deserves all the praise and sales it gets for it.

Every second was a banger!! Especially beating it on the hardest difficulty! Xbox deserves their flowers for this one.

It deserves a 10/10 even if you want to find all the little imperfection and flaws. The video game felt like a video game, and that's rare nowadays, especially under this genre.

Kinda comes gives a vibe of No Straight Roads meets Sunset Overdrive. The art style is hella clean too.

playstation player myself will probably not play this game but it looks really fun. this is the type of games that should be made with care and love, instead of unfinished cash crabs W for xbox on this one

Kudos to the creative team at Tango. A very coherent vision executed near perfectly. Sometimes you just get all the right people together and something pretty amazing happens.

Some of you guys are never happy. When IGN gives a 7/ 10 to a game,you complain about it. But when it gives a 9/ 10 to a great game, you still complain about it. Seriously, what is the point of watching a review if the only thing you care about is to listen to someone who thinks exactly the same thing as you. Maybe you should record your own review and listen to it to have the validation you are seeking.

They need to create a musical video game where you need to sing to progress. Can’t believe with karaoke being so big in Japan they didn’t come out with such idea. A coop game with a karaoke gameplay loop would be an absolut blast with friends 🤣

Played it and its absolutely fantastic.. Great humor, gameplay and soundtrack. A new fresh original game that does something actually new made by a triple A studio??? Gues miracles do still exist. Here's hoping they continue with this kind of innovation.
