It is FM23 Rebuild time and this weekend we head to Scotland to rebuild Hibernian.
Hibbs are 4-time Scottish league winners and 3-time Scottish cup holders but have fallen behind the Glasgow powerhouses north of the border. My go is simple, make Hibernian the best team in Scotland!

I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

Did the same save won 3 leagues plenty cups. Laidlaw was superb for me only came in the team 3rd season but scored so many goals. Great to see someone trying out a Scottish save especially with the cabbage !

Fun video mate, only thing I'd say is to look up the rivalries of teams. As a Hibs fan it seemed like we were beating hearts on the regular, would be fun to highlight those head to heads. Based on how shite we are IRL, would take this haha

I have just realised but you've rebuilt the three teams I've played this FM. You've rebuilt Hibs which I played in the beta, you've rebuilt Oldham which I've played just up until recently, and you've rebuilt Cruzeiro which I just started playing now. I like that you make these rebuilds of not-so-famous teams, it's much better than rebuilds of tried-and-tested middle table top 5 league teams. Cheers!

I’m still on fm21 and the thing that has always annoyed me is that when I play in Scotland as Celtic there is no way I can ever convince a player like Scott or Depey or Martial to join, that’s if I can afford them to begin with. But when I play as Hibbs or another team (except rangers 😉) then just like fm23 they buy everybody. It really annoys me 😤. On a happier note really enjoyed the video and great job nearly topping the bhoys at the end 👍

Good video. That Alfred and that Bosnian centre back are the type who in 3/4 years will be at the level to beat Celtic. It would probably take 9/10 seasons from day 1 to get Hibs to Celtics level

Hibs fan, you missed a wonderkid, hibs actually have 2(potentially). Both Ethan Laidlaw and Murray Johnson can both get to about 140-155 CA on some saves. Otherwise, was a good watch. There's a few U18s you missed as well with 130-140 potential. Hibs are a great choice for a youth save, possibly the best youth in Scotland. Won the league last year and currently in the champs league, facing Dortmund next after beating Nantes in the last round.

You mentioned about the Ferguson transfer possibly annoying people, Aberdeen and Hibs have players move between every now and then. You signed a few rangers players and that's typical a massive No. Hibs and Hearts are rivals, but Hibs and Rangers also hate each other. Religious reasons, Hibs and Celtic being the catholic clubs(historically) and rangers and hearts historically the Protestant clubs

Yes I did see Johnson but he didn’t really develop. I find keepers take until about 25 to get to where I’d want them to be. Laidlaw got there in about 18 months. Great club for it though!

They detest him and he winds them up at every opportunity, the only reason there are rumours is because that's who we play next...and coincidentally the rumours have all come from pro rangers media members during the build up to the game. He'll end up at Celtic or down south

In my Elgin City save, now in the Premiership, it is actually mental how far Celtic pulls ahead of everyone else, with players like Andrea Belotti and Marcus Edwards on 70k a week. I think that for this FM, the player valuations in the SPFL are simply inflated, as in real life Rangers and Celtic wouldn't come close to selling players for upwards of 50m, as I have seen. Edit: And can thus inflate their budgets year on year with ease.
