In this video I explain how I made a hidden book shelf and installed it with TamBee Pivot hinges Music credits Music by: www.bensound.com License code: PS7ZJJYO5ZJGILDJ
This is the play-by-play I needed. I was thinking of using large, SOSS hinges but these pivot-style hinges are clearly the way to go, much easier. The most important parts for me were using the cardboard visualization and the when you specifically notated where each piece of moulding was attached (to the wall or to the door). I will be working on a large, odd-shaped door using finished wood, so being precise will be very important. It's a cliché at this point, but generous people like you make RU-vid the best practical education for learners like me.
Thanks so much for this great step-by-step video. I liked it so much, you compelled me to write my first comment on a video (I'm not kidding). The use of the template was genius. Lots of good information, but that alone was worth the watch.
Thank you so much brother, i have a really really tiny studio and this will save so much space for me, thank you for the hints, i'm planning to do that here. The hinges i can't find on my country (the exact model) but i can import from China and are cheap even with taxes.
