Liver, Oysters and Crab meet are high in copper. Actually, they are the highest sources of Copper.

According to the USDA's FoodData Center, liver is very high in copper and can exceed the tolerable upper limit (10,000 mcg) when the serving size exceeds 4 oz (113 g). The same serving of crab has less than 10% of the copper in liver and oysters about 20%. Both are good sources for meeting or exceeding the RDA. Thank you for sharing.
