Hello. I present to your attention high-intensity interval training. The training is quite complex due to the difficult combined exercises, but at the same time it is suitable for everyone only with different intensity of execution. The difficulty of the exercises will allow you to raise your level up.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with short rest breaks of 10 seconds. The exercises are interesting and energy-consuming. If you still have strength, do another round after 5 minutes of rest.
When creating an aesthetic body, do not forget that nutrition is the main thing. Only training will not bring you the result you want, you must not overeat and maintain daily calories.
