It is but I tend to maximize on-hit damage and healing as that results in a very consistent dash that can cause a 100 hp health swing; That's more than a spear Q!
Never played, but pvp looks smooth, is this a game with lots of build variance , little or none? In pvp I mean. Ty kindly. Is pvp open world or instanced?
In my opinion there is definitely lots of build variance in pvp. The PvP is open world but there's arena servers for those who want a pure pvp experience!
