MINE CUTS NICE WHEN IT WORKS. ! CUTS FOR ABOUT 45 SECONDS AND THEN QUITS , SEEMS TO HAVE A BAD TRIGGER SWITCH , AFTER WAITING FOR UP TO A MINUTE THEN IT WILL WORK FOR ANOTHER 45 SECONDS TO MAYBE A MINUTE . THEN YOU GOTTA WAIT , YES THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED . ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM.

Go buy a new one put that one back in the box and tell ‘em it’s a piece of shit. Lol! I love HFT and I buy enough stuff from them I wouldn’t feel bad doing that.

I got one for Christmas and took it to work it and it broke the second time I used it

Mine turns on as soon as I slide the battery but then turns off

Mine started doing that too - install battery, make a cut, let off trigger, and next trigger pull does nothing. The LED in front just flashes. You have to pull and reinstall the battery to make another cut. We knew we were buying Chinese junk, just didn't expect it to fail this quickly!

I love harbor freight but this is a no go everyone. If you need to make 6” cuts and every 30 minutes then it’s the tool for you haha. The junk does not keep running .
