High Protein Breakfast

EGGS
-4 eggs (1 yolk , 3 whites)
-2 tbsp milk
-4 mushrooms chopped
-1 green onion cut
-1 tbsp milk
-dash salt ,black pepper, oregano
-2 small cubes of butter
-2 tbsp olive oil
-In a bowl add in 4 Egg whites & a yolk, dash salt, black pepper, oregano, milk and whisk
-Heat olive oil add cut mushrooms and green onion sauté for couple for second add to a bowl along with egg mixture and whisk again to combine
-Heat oil over medium heat pour in egg mixture Pause to let the eggs heat slightly close the lid and cook
carefully fold the omelet like a business letter.
Transfer to a warm plate and serve with sides
AVOCADO TOAST
-2 whole wheat bread
-1 avocado mashed
-1 cheese slice
-1 tomato sliced
-1 zucchini sliced
-Garnish alfalfa
-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar/soy
-Spread mix:2 tbsp cheese spread, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce, few drops of honey mix well
-Toast whole wheat bread
-Heat a pan brush olive oil place zucchini slices brush balsamic vinegar/soy sauce, sear both side till they turn slightly brown, set aside
-Now place tomato slices brush balsamic vinegar sear both side till they turn slightly brown set aside
-Mash avocado set aside
-Spread cheese spread mixture over the toast
-Place cheese slices
-Place zucchini then tomato slices
-Spread mashed avocado
-Sprinkle alfalfa
