Hi! Here is a Quick high protein cheela recipe which i have been consuming from past 1 month, This recipe is a result of helplessness.. lol, I was home alone for few days and being a vegetarian i have to be specific about my meals in order to stay lean, , thereby i combined 2 of my high protein meals and came with something like this, please do try out this recipe and do let me know your opinion regarding the same..

Incredible recipe , thankx. A suggestion - Instead of metallic spatula ,use wooden or fiber one on non stick tawa . The tawa will last longer

i recommended this you a long time ago , btw i have one more . make soya and grind it little bit and then put it in brown bread with cheese if need and then eat its super tasty tbh the best recipe till now

Thanks Bro for this outstanding recipie ❤️❤️ Today i made this cheela Ingredients which i used is as below:- Besan 120 gm Soya chunk 40gm Maggi masala 1/2 packet Salt as per taste 1 medium tomato 1 medium onion Olive oil 2tspoon Ketchup small quantity Total calorie approx(750) Protein 50gm Fat 18 gm Carbs 92gm Fibre 20gm And with this my total daily intake of calorie becomes 1800
