Hello Madam, I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes and have been suddenly suffering from facial parasis on the right side of my face. Under observation for the same and need to maintain blood sugar levels very strictly, came across your channel accidentally and tried this oats chilla as which is a saviour to me... what a drastic change in my sugar levels. Tastes good, I followed the exact recipe. The only problem is it takes a lot of time to prepare this, and even to finally make the chilla on the tawa. So keep in mind, for this recipe you will need time to prep ahead and not a quick breakfast solution. Nonetheless, amazing recipe. Thank you 😍

Green peas come in the starchy vegetable category so how much Cards will be there in the each chilla As oats have complex cards as well.

Oh my god this tastes amazing 😍😍, I added some curry leaves, sesame seeds and 2 tea spoons sattoo in the mixture the taste is more nutty and curry leaves gave more iron to the recipe 😁❤️❤️ I loved it
