@@nurturingherroots8511she doesn’t say and also saw on her website and doesn’t mention cooking them. But I googled, and it looks like edamame beans do need to be cooked. The bag of the frozen shelled edamame has the instructions on how to cook them :D. Hope this is helpful. I was wondering the same thing.
Isn’t that what everyone in such videos do? Why only blame her? At least she didn’t put her name on it and sell it in a book like how some people steal age old recipes from countries like India, China and say it’s their invention.
I wish videos like this would go viral instead of those awful ones where the person eats 3 watermelons and 9 mangos in a day and claims to be healthy 🙄
I do really love her recipes mostly because she doesn't frame it like she invented something or saying this is the best version of etc. This looks like a really delicious nutritious and fun thing to play around with. Which is something that I learned from her that treating all these recipes like building blocks lets me incorporate whatever I have on hand. 💙❤️💙
I just made this watching this video bc I had all the ingredients in my kitchen already and omg! ….it’s freaking delicious and so healthy. Great recipe! Thank you! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I love everything about this recipe!! Thank you and you are just the cutest!!! Your voice is also very calming!!! Love your channel and your cook book!!!!! ❤ Thank you for everything you do!!!
I think it is important to notify viewers to make sure that the edamame are cooked. Not all shelled edamame are precooked. Uncooked edamame are poisonous.
I love how you actually SEASONED the food. Most of these videos I’ve seen make the vegan food look so dry and bland. This looks rlly good and it looks packed with good nutrients without having to compromise a yummy meal.
"This Smashed Edamame Toast recipe is a total game-changer! 😍🥑 The combination of creamy smashed edamame and the crunchy toast is pure perfection. The flavors are so vibrant, and it's such a creative twist on traditional avocado toast. I tried making it after watching this video, and it turned out amazing!
Hi! Did you have a recipe for pickled onions because everything I’ve tried from you are amazing recipes so don’t wanna go around trying 10 different pickled onions recipe..? 🤗☀️ I will try this one as I get a little bit of time. It looks amazing thank you for sharing. I’m so happy that I found your channel🎉❤
This looks absolutely delicious! I'll try making this, and I'll try boiling the edemame shortly with sodium bicarbonate before blending them to make it silky smooth. 🥑🌿
This is a great idea! I think a simpler version of this could be peas and the garlic/peppers with either the avocado or the tahini for a faster and equally protein packed version. Trying to make this recipe somewhat lazier lol.
I love these high protein shorts. I’m not vegan but looking to incorporate more plant based meals for breakfast and lunch. My lunch hours fluctuate so I need meals that’ll sustain me for many hours. Thank you
