Puberty and diet won't change alot, genetics is the biggest factor, if your mother or father has high bone density, you could probably take your looks from one of them (or both of them if they have bone density, higher chance)
@@josiahday210 My mom and dad both has low bone density+my father has narrow waist and shoulders. I have high bone density + Wide shouders so yeah its genetics I think I got lucky and got some gens from my ancestors
@@josiahday210 I really donot know I m kinda fat so it's demolishing me, I have pure hunter eyes, high zygos, and good gonial angle, my biggest flaws are : lil off noose and big assymetry in jaw muscles (because i hurted my teeth so had to chew with right side) I m growing my hair out maybe to shoulder size and traynaa loose weight. about my genetics I really donot know, MAybe my really old old ancestor IDK really nobody in my family tree is like me. Naturally strong, big. but yeah fat did me wrong all my life, god nerfed me with slow metabolism

Lack of vitamin D is big factor in new gen for lack of bone mass. Vitamin D is very impirtant for bone growth. Kids go out less and less so they are very deficient

@@mylesbenetdyson6851 Avoid taking HGH (or any growth hormone for that matter) if your bones have been fused (most people's bones are fused around 18-25yrs) otherwise you'll look like Mary Ann Beavan (rip).
dont forget testosterone and hgh, you can get both of these at the same time by HIIT and weight training which will overtime make your bones thicker and have more density.

so thats why i dont have good jawline, its not body fat % its the low bone mass and gonions inwarded instead of outwarded, removal of 4 wisdom teeth also changed my face shape for the worse. ;/ guess only surgery would be an option, no matter how low fat % i will be i will still have a bit of puffy face bc of low bone mass.

Can u still grow at 24 if u weren’t doing things right for years? Was depressed for awhile, etc was very pale due to not going out but recently this year I’ve been out a lot more and have become more tanned for example … feel like I’m having a late growth period
I would say after 18 you cant grow im 24 now and have the same height with 16, i eat and live so clean i can, sleep a lot, pull ups, stretching, i still have the same height
Hello sir (Anybody reading this comment) Sir, I am a 22 years old male and I can see that my face might have face fat because my face looks roundish and can see no jawline, but the problem is that I am very skinny but have a very little bit of protuding belly fat putting me in the category of skinny fat. So I don't know whether that is face fat or whether I have a round weak low bone density jaw. That's why I wanted to know that should I do cardio and keep losing fat till I see my abs? Will getting abs is the metric to see that I have reached the body fat percentage in order to see the jawline
Exercise and eat healthy until you build muscle and then the muscle will burn the extra calories. Also learn to train your metabolism not eating garbage foor, sleeping correctly. Learn about the benefits of fasting, and most importantly: don't think about the results in a month or two: keep going and see what happens in the future, once is not just discipline or "the main topic" in your life, but just one more thing you do correctly with its corresponding benefits. If i am 13 and my gonions aint sharp at all, can increasing the bone density over time make them more pronounced and sharp, and if nothing, at least visible and big

@@boubiwiz-4030 i think so too, some people look very different from 20 to like 30, not age related, just structural changes to the skull and body. I believe men don't stop developing structurally until their late 20's/early 30's

The guy in the first photo in the low bone mass group is attractive. He would still be considered attractive. I see guys like this all the time having no problems getting women. And they aren’t even muscular and shredded (physique wise) either. They tend to be lanky or (if they do workout) they'll have a runner/cross country physique. There isn’t anything wrong with self-improvement, but listening to these type of channels can be toxic (and bad for your self esteem). Go out and socialize. Find your tribe.
