Don’t get braces, for me I got braces at 14 and I regret it they gave me rubberbands to fix my overbite which made my philtrum flat and my maxilla more downgrown which ultimately negatively affected my midface and my mandible appearance. They also never fixed my narrow airway. Please fix the underlying bone structure and not just the teeth or alveolar ridge. If your young try mewing+hard mewing+chin tucks, chewing, neck curls, and thumb pulling. If not, get surgery. Thank me later

I have a strong brow ridge for a female and i thought about surgicaly reducing it to appear more feminine and friendlier. But I also thinking it might be unnecessary since a brow ridge is a sign of body strengh and should’t be something you have to remove to be attractive as a female. However i don’t think it’s attractive either not even in males. So save yourself the time guys a stronger browridge won’t make you more attractive to females they don’t like the caveman look but a friendly face that less intimidating. Defined jawlines and high cheekbones however … will always be attractive
As a guy, I do not think that larger brow ridges are unattractive on females. Also this video is about achieving the aesthetic aspect of the ridge and how to achieve it, not about looking like a caveman.

I said i don’t think the feature is attractive but it’s still a sign of strenght it’s not like it’s a defect, so could still have some positives to it. And i never said i think it’s attractive on myself… as i said i was planning as far as having surgery to adress it… But even if it isn’t attractive as an isolated feature people who have that feature can still be attractive in spite of it. The context of my comment was also about this video where they talk about surgery to increse the brow ridge for males… which is crazy.
Something I would encourage people to look into is bone smashing in combination with peptide use. Bone smashing alone tends to get a pretty bad rap, but as long as you don’t use fucking hammers or any other metal objects on the face your fine. Your knuckles are plenty hard, the worst that will happen is slight bruising. In combination with bone smashing implementing a peptide protocol might actually be able to make permanent changes in facial bone structure. Something like MK-677 or BPC 157 which promote an increase in growth hormone thereby increasing bone density and regrowth. Althetes commonly use these substances to recover from injuries . This could really be holy grail of looksmaxing protocols. At this point though it’s just a theory, but I might be on to something. Just make sure to do your own research on the compounds some can come with some risky side effects.

Honestly I would only recommend surgery and makeup/eyebrow styling. Don’t waste time on mewing and supplements. I did a quick search on medical databases and couldn’t even find a single strong data on mewing. Even the website made by the original doctor who support its claims state in his own website that its science is still in its infancy ie they only have some case studies. Testosterone boosters (supplements) are a joke, unless you actually do take a real hormones from a doctor through HRT. Even in this case it doesn’t guarantee it to shape your brow ridge in a specific way and god only knows how long you would have to be on it. Not to forget the side effects of taking hormones on your health.
Also the comparison photos he uses to demonstrate that brow rigde looks better on males it’s actually the other features that make the face more attractive like the shape of the eyes, jaw structure etc not the brow ridge if only the brow ridge was diffrent and nothing else it’s likley the face with the less prominent brow rigde would be more attractive
I will not go into the details but at this point there is evidence that mewing works its absolutly not in the cope rank just look at the studies on proper tongue posture for jaws developpement and its even already used as retainer post orthodontic treatment
The time you have spent trying to change your facial bones would be so much more valuable if you spent it on working out, socialize with new people etc... It's not a extremely small change in your bone structure that's gonna change your life. It's who you are and how you interact with the world lol. You can be handsome, if you don't know how to be interessting, intereact with girls, be on state and be the man around a crowd, you will be invisible. Just focus on your social skills and workout.
