In today's practical (with skates on) taster session we talked about how the position of your feet will greatly support your movement. If nothing else, try to remember that the direction your toes point, supports forward movement and heels for backwards.
Additionally, your shoulder direction can greatly enhance your movement, so flamboyant arm waving is encouraged!
