I wanna believe that none of the little oddities we saw in the background of this video were intentional, and that instead Pantagana’s copy of the game has just experienced so much weird experimentation that this kind of stuff just _happens_ now when playing the game.

So Dregheap and Ringed City are located next to each other? that could explain why why I get such severe framerate drops in that area on my weak PC... that and the fact that Dregheap is essentially arranged to form a line from start to finish I guess in Dark Souls II the Lowest point should be somewhere in Shulva, or maybe the Undead Crypt... as for the Highest I would guess the Ancient Dragons Arena or perhaps the top of Drangleic Castle

It's cool how the world of Dark Souls genuinely is sinking across the trilogy, with familiar landmarks being much lower compared to where they once were. By the way, what's the elevation for the highest part of the Soul of Cinder's Kiln of the First Flame?

ringed city suffers from the same problem as Shuva DLC, in theory we should go down and it would probably have the deepest place in the game there, but in practice this is not what happens :/

Now I'm really curious about Elden Ring. How deep are the Siofra and Ainsel River Well elevators? And the Grand Lift of Dectus, and Rold? The Forge of the Giants is obviously the highest point, and I'm guessing either Astel's arena or the coffin you use to get there is the lowest point. I'm also curious how far down the Haligtree is, as you can see it below you at Castle Sol and Ordina Liturgical Town. I also want to know about Farum Azula, I think it's at the same height as the Mountaintops, but idk.

I wonder if you ever tried to see if Midir's arena is the right spot where he falls off the bridge, and it is, if he actually has an animation for falling, although I doubt there is since they're both different entities (one being much larger than the other)
