Glad to be back to the regularly scheduled programming after a little anniversary getaway with the hubs! We kept moving though with a big hike and then a 27 mile bike ride(for 27 years). I am loving this series, Kaleigh!

I needed this one today! The past two days I’ve felt overwhelmed for no reason…. Feeling sad, upset, fine, not sure what to feel…. All the emotions balled up in one simultaneously. This work out was a savior❤
WOW! I am not a person who would normally comment but I just had to comment today to say thank you. I am on my 3rd day of my fitness journey and after the last sprint on 10 I started to cry. I felt so proud of myself I was able to push myself and not give up. Here's to all of us pushing and trying!!!
