I am training for ME... to get back in shape, get stronger, get healthier and be happier! At this point I consider my rides to be just like the medication I take to be healthy and happy - a necessity! This ride was definitely one of the toughest but I surprised myself by being able to push through the doubt and get it DONE! Thank you Kaleigh for all your encouragement and motivation! 💜💜💜
I really liked this ride! The increase in resistance, longer work periods, and time under tension with that speed over saddle at a 10, helps me to focus on the mind-muscle connection, and maximize my efforts. I had so much fun riding with you this morning! Thank you for a great one and for all that you do! Oh, my why! 15 years ago, at 26 years old, I was over 100 pounds overweight. Felt awful most days in pain, no exercise, fast food 3x day. At my job as a nurse, I would sweat so bad just walking around the unit, i would have to bring an extra set of scrubs with me. Today, I'm a healthy weight, feel good every day, and have learned to care for, respect, and appreciate this amazing body i am blessed with! I do this to take car of me, so i can take care if my little clan and all the patients who depend on me!
Calling this one "TOUGH LOVE"... because it was tough but I loved it! I'm training to be a better me ALL around (person, mommy of two, full time Florida Realtor...a better HUMAN).

Training to keep up with my three sons! Want to be in the best shape of my life in my 40’s. Short term, also training to day hike the Pemi Loop (White Mtns, NH) this fall. I’ve never stuck with any cycling program this long, and I’m loving it more every week. Thanks Kaleigh and Jason! You guys are the best.
I loved this ride! In my opinion, hard, but not your hardest even though you've been pushing that envelope recently I do want to be strong for my kids and I know I am, but I keep going to be strong for myself as well. Love you Kaleigh!
I'm ready for my kids and for my own mental/physical health. I have a history of having an eating disorder. When I don't exercise I feel like I'm going back towards that slippery slope, when I exercise I am reminded of how good feeling strong makes me feel. Thank you Kaleigh!

I’m on a stationary bike and I am using 3lb ankle weights and it helps with my feet and climbs!! I’m training to be a strong woman who doesn’t hold stress in her shoulders. You have got to put that energy to better use!

Definitely hard ride but your motivation reminded me to focus on real goals, not the superficial things of life. I'm training to live the rest of life healthy. I will be 50 next month and to me that's only half the life I want to live, and live with meaning and vibrancy! No sitting around in retirement years letting my body waste away! I want to be out sharing what life has taught me! And part of that is pushing through when things are hard...so thank you for the reminder 😁👍🚴♀️

Loved this ride!! I am definitely with you and want to be a strong mom for my kids! I always want to be a active mom-I think it is good for them to see me work through physical and mental stuff with exercise and what moving your body can do for your mind!!

Kaleigh, I deliberately didn’t do ‘the toughest ride ever’ because I was scared 😱 My goal is to get stronger, so that I can be fit and strong in my old age. Love the Journey ride and the reason I am getting stronger is because I want to grow old healthy, enjoy life. I am the caregiver for my mom who has dementia when I am working out I feel stronger mentally and physically to conquer the world.
This ride was such a kick in my booty! Toward the end, I thought I might quit, but I REMEMBERED IM NOT A QUIER. So I gave it my all and am proud of myself. I DID THE WHOLE THING!!!! And I Loved it. Hi! I've been averaging 30 minute rides for a while now (even splitting your longer rides into 2-30 minute sessions...). When I came across this 38 minute ride, I thought "no problem..just a little more". Yowza! Was NOT expecting "The Journey " finisher!!!! Almost finished me! Sweating, drowning! LOVED IT!! This ride was such a good challenge of mental and physical endurance! I think I actually like the sprint in the middle of the journey! Absolutely love this ride!!! This taps both physical and mental strength!! I stayed "in the moment" and pushed right to the end. I really liked the new format of the Journey!! Having the sprint in the middle gave me an amazing umph of energy to take the final climb!!! Oh, and no worries about the timing bloopers, that's what tells us that you are human and it adds a lot of fun to see your face and Stella's comments!! What a great ride!!! Yay!!! 😄👍👏
