HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Session Music Track. 1:1 ratio with 30 second high intensity, and 30 second rest period. 18 reps, with a final 30 second burst.
This is a perfect workout set-up for beginners who are new to HIIT (High Intensity Interval training). This 19 minute workout can be done up to 3 times per week until you feel you are ready to move on to the next level. For some people it takes 1 week for other it takes 2 weeks or more. Go at your own pace until you feel you are ready.
Because the session is so quick you can easily incorporate this HIIT session into your busy schedule.
Use this music track with any exercise you wish. My favourite is the stationary bike, but you could also do running either outdoors or on the treadmill, jump rope, even jumping jacks! The possibilities are endless.
The key to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is to spike your heart rate, return it to a resting rate and repeat throughout the session.
HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training) has been credited as being an excellent way to burn fat and more effective than the conventional cardio workouts.
It is usually recommended that HIIT is done no more than 3 times per week, as rest in between sessions is very important.

At the end of doing step ups my heartrate was at 182 bpm! this was nice! cant wait to see my progress in a few months! Thank you for this!
