That was brilliant. I found your video on a web search of the area. I want to go there for photography and your video was perfect to get an order. I’ve cycled nearly all the roads around the Brecon but never as far as those lakes. I’ve subscribed 👍😊
I have to agree Laura it looks a very fine mountain and place for a wild swim let alone a hike. My twin brother and I camped on the other side once and always intended going back but we never did. I shall have to make every effort to do so after this great video of you and your mum out exploring. All the best. Mark

I used John & Anne Nuttall's book The Mountains of England & Wales. Volume 1 covers the Welsh mountains & gives loads of good walking like you had here. (I don't have any connection with them). You had a good weather day.

@@lauragriffithsoutdoors - yes, I'm watching lots of videos hoping I can do something this summer ! I found the southern section of your Llyn y Fan Fach route on Google StreetView so have 'walked' some of it online. StreetView has a lot of popular routes now - handy for me as an acrophobic, as I can check what the 'exposure' is like... This one doesn't look too bad as there appear to be alternative paths away from the edge near the dodgy bits.. Stay safe, hope we can all get outside again soon
