I hope the zoo can bring gorilla mates for Annie and Kiyomasa into the Shabani troop. I cannot see another silverback being as kind to them as their own father, Shabani is towards his children.
Brother and sister got to play a little longer with out Shabani stopping them two.nene looking at her son with the blanket on his head they all so cute to watch thanks for the videos.
Kiyo and Annie are still so sweet playing together ❤❤❤I’m going to miss seeing them two playing when all is said and done. My heart goes out to that handsome big old Silverback Shabani when that time comes for his babies to move on 😢😢😢😢😢, and then Nene with Kiyo she’s going to be just is upset without her big boy 😢😢😢.
It’s possible this family will stay together for the foreseeable future. It’s my understanding that Japan doesn’t want to/can’t send their guerrillas outside of their own country; if this is accurate, most of the guerrillas in Japan zoos are related in some way, so they can’t be swapped out with each other. This would explain why Komomo, Momoka, Gentaro, and Kiyomasa are still with their families. This is my opinion and anyone please correct me if I am wrong!
These gorillas have a way better incloser than those of Kyoto, it's large, giving them the chance to climb high see out and see beyond where they are. They don't look like prisoners going through a daily ritual.
Obviously .., this is in Tokyo a much larger city. They do the best they can with limited city funds in Kyoto. Amazingly the Momotaro family is In better shape physically because of having to climb to get their food. Have you seen Momos Back muscles ?
It’s sad that they have to lay on cement. If they were in the jungle there would be soft dirt, bushes, and leaves. Do the zookeepers lay on cement when they are resting or sleeping?
Someone out there believes that Annie and her brother will mate and possibly put Annie and this baby in trouble,this reader is convinced that they do mate ,please correct me if I am wrong the they are so intelligent that they know this can’t happen,he states that it happens when they are in captivity,please make a statement that this doesn’t happen,thank you keepers ❤️
Ich liebe Gorillas sehr durch meine verstorbenen Tochter habe ich drei Gorilla Familien kennengelernt. Shabani und seine Familie Momotaro und Familie und Lope und seine Familie. Lope haben Sie von der Familie getrennt und in Frankreich in eine Männer Gruppe getan. Sein Bruder Shufai wurde kastriert und ist noch seiner Familie. Ich war sehr erschrocken als ich das hörte .Das macht mir Angst was mit Kiyomasa und Annie passiert und Gentaro und sein kleiner Bruder Kintaro.
