9:39 It can be a lot longer than that! My cat once held a grudge against my brother in law for 6 years. I had dropped Mak with my sister and her husband while I went on a week-long work trip. My BiL didn't like Mak so he dropped Mak alone in a field. My sister made him go pick Mak back up but Mak never forgot those 3 hours. Fast forward 6 years and we were having a family party at my house and we're all talking on the couch. Mak goes from one end of the couch to the other, sitting with each person for a few minutes and enjoying getting pet. He gets to my BiL and jumps down, walks around him, then jumps back up on the other side. Mak is definitely something.

What, you actually have energy for grocery shopping? I've had toast with butter for "dinner" for two days, since I can't get my butt to the store to buy groceries, at least not without knowing I will end up with a pound or two of garbage food inbetween the actual stuff.

Actually.... taking too much insulin is why you’d need the snack. I accidentally started post-PE snacktime in 6th grade, as I’d often go low after, and need a juice or some other small snack. This was apparently “distracting”, and so the teacher decided that after PE class, we’d sit down and have a snack! Kept me from having severe reactions to blood sugars doing stupid things.

LOL I had to clip my cats nails and give her her medication, she refused to even let me anywhere near her for almost 3 days, every time I walked by her, she shrunk closer to the carpet and looked at me like she wanted to claw my face off lol her and her brother passed away about 3 weeks before their 19th birthday, I had them from 8 weeks old to they passed...I miss my fur babies...also she'd wait till 2-3 AM and bring her ball that had a bell in the middle, into the bathroom which had rounded corners, and sit at one end, bat it to the other all night long till I yelled at her...then got mad at me and proceeded to tear around my apt from 1 end to the other... annoyed me, but I miss them so much
I know what you mean. I've been rescuing cats for over 30 years now. Their guilt trips could last a week, depending on whatever I accidentally did to them. BTW, my philosophy has always been, you can't replace a beloved pet, but when one life ends, save another one that's in danger.
@@miriambucholtz9315 Appears that we're kindred spirits. I've been the neighborhood cat rescuer for 30 years. Small children would appear on my doorstep every summer with strays they found and ask me to take them. Never said no once, and got some of the best kitties I've ever had. 🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🤣🤣
I must being cat owning wrong. I've never had a cat hold a grudge. I remember as a kid, about 7 months after I got my Tico (first cat I chose), an allergist said I was allergic. She expected me to decide right there to get rid of my cat. Compromise was she couldn't sleep in my room at night. I use to feel bad and though she was mad at me when I'd close the door on her. 8 years later and the wonders of Claritin, I could have her sleep in my bed and she acted like she'd been doing so her whole life.

erm....the 🐍 in the toilet thingy is a childhood fear for no reason, but now I live in a flat close to the river , which has cute critters like otters, birds perched on the trees chirping everyday and also an occasional monitor lizard, the fear of 🐍 in the loo is very real.
As you get older you'll stop fearing the snake IN the toiley and start fearing the stroke ON the toiley. I've known several relatives who made it their daily prayer. "Please, God, take me however you want, just not on the toilet..."
who else tries to step aside to let someone walking towards you in the opposite direction passby but then the other person is thinking the same thing so you and the other guy nearly bump into each other so both of you try to correct it by moving aside and the other guy thinks the same thing and you end up in an awkward deadlock for around two seconds
I understand that one about the buttered toast. Been there, done that! And the one with the postal workers delivering mail on horseback, with as slow as the mail is, I thought that was the way it was delivered until I saw an actual postal truck. And the one about the villian dogs losing to a golden retriever - don't give hollywood any ideas!
Postmen on horseback would create new job--stablemen, trainers, vets--and deliver a pleasant clip-clop sound through the day. It would also employ thousands of equestrians who eschew the rodeo or dressage, boarding or training, and just want to ride all day. During heavy mail seasons, the horse could pull a little wagon. The whole rhythm of life would sweeten and slow down! Round up those horses!
