I got a big laugh when they said that coffee should be given to old people. Here I was, an old person, drinking coffee while watching this video.

I'm happy that they got to try the coffee as well as actually see how their drink was made! I hope they didn't stay up too long after this lol.

Italy and Turkiye are masters of coffe. I myself posses an italian coffee maker and that makes a very good coffee, very simple and traditionnal to do ! And I would love to taste tea the Indian way wich must be very different from the little sachets that we dip in water ! Indians are masters of tea !

Someone should make them a coffee and walnut cake and serve it with a cup of coffee, they will love it!

I would love to see them try iced coffee with milk and sugar added. There’s also different flavor syrups and additions you can add :) I came to like coffee by making it sweet first

You should tell them of the nature of coffee.. explain what caffeine is, a stimulant, etc.

I'm glad that they got a chance to see an espresso machine, and that you gave them sugar. A recurring theme seems to be that they don't tend to like bitter things like dark chocolate and coffee, but milk and sugar make them palatable. I'm the same way with coffee.

Although some people drink coffee black ,most people drink it with milk or half-and-half(creamer) some drink with no sugar others drink it with sugar or honey….. I prefer mine with creamer and sugar/honey

It was interesting to show how it's made in the video and to introduce the nice owner of the café. :) But I can't drink coffee without milk (preferably almond milk) either, so bitter! Maybe they would like Caro Coffee better, but I don't know if that's only available in Germany. it's a coffee substitute that is not bitter, it's really nice, and you can also add milk.

TEA or Chai is just as Difficult to make, and there are MANY Variety of TEAS . TEA can also be COLD brew , as with Coffee. TEA processing is more Difficult than Coffee beans. TEA has many more steps to Prepare. you can Simply roast RAW coffee beans on a cast iron Pan over a flame , turning beans over Gently. (Ethiopian) coffee.

They should try americano 4 packets of the sugar is about 2 teaspoons of sugar. And milk. Then that might be better for them. A taste test different amounts of sugar and strength of coffee

New coffee drinkers need lots of cream and sugar in their coffee otherwise they don't like it lol. The more they drink it the less cream and sugar they'll need. They'll beginner accustomed to the bitterness. We drink it in the morning and after meals.

I understand them adding sugar to it, black coffee can be a challenge for the uninitiated, but when black coffee is prepared properly (and this café looks like they could make good coffee!), with a little patience, it's fantastic. Also a wonderful source of dietary fiber and brings many other health benefits!

Americano is a style of preparing coffee, not a flavour or specific bean. I personally prefer to buy coffee based on what blends suit my taste, with Italian and French being my favourites. Technically, Americano isn't even American, it's typically of European origin, in this case Italian, and rebranded for American coffee drinkers who don't know any better to question its history.

As a half Englishman/German, I drink no tea at all, but coffee...mmmmm [Must be my German side! lol I even like coffee ice cream and coffee in cakes/biscuits. Edit: They should try it black with no sugar; black with sugar; with milk/cream no sugar and with milk/cream and sugar and see which they like better, as all taste different, especially for the first time drinker!

If they thought that was cool, they should see a Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts shop! All of the machines making bubbling, whirring and grinding sounds to make all of the various "coffee drinks" would blow their minds! Dunkin' is better known for the donuts they sell, but I prefer their coffee to Starbucks. I've been drinking the stuff since college and have tried probably 100 different blends/roasts and specialty drinks, but my preferred style has always been medium roast Columbian, with a moderate amount of half & half and sugar. We used to start the day with a 16 oz "travel mug" of hot coffee... my husband drank his black, no sugar and I'd fix mine with the aforementioned "cream and sugar" but for about a year now we both start the day with a 22 oz insulated tumbler of iced coffee. And we drink it year round, even in the coldest parts of Winter, when the temps where we live can get down below zero degrees Fahrenheit! To each their own, as they say! LOL Loves the guy's reaction to the Americanos! I'm with them when it comes to the bitterness of a strong, black coffee. Once they added the sugar though, Raeen really seemed to like it, where I feel like Sarru would probably prefer not to have it again. I think he's more of a caramel macchiato kind of guy! 😂

Im drink it as i watch lmao. Coffee gets me through at least half of the day. Hard to not drink it and then get a headache for me tho😂 I prefer it with around 70% milk tho. Hardcore coffee lovers drink it black and probably have a finer sense of taste towards different factors.

LOL Not sure I quite believe that they enjoyed their first taste of strong coffee. They tried to make it sound good, though. Good for them for trying it. I love coffee, but only if I have a lot of sugar and creamer in it.

They drink hot tea, so why not hot coffee? Maybe let them iced coffee. But made the right way. It’s not just coffee over ice. Lol.

I would have bowed out of this one. But then I already know I hate coffee. 😁 Doesn't matter what you put in it. I can't even stand mocha anything, the coffee flavor just ruins the chocolate. I know I'm never going to try tiramisu, for instance. I even hate walking by the coffee grinder section at a grocery store. Raeen and Sarru are brave men! I like Sarru's new hat. I'm glad the had the chance to try it plain, but I hope they have the chance to try it in other ways. With creamer, milk, different flavors and whatnot. Having plain coffee as your first experience is often a turn off for people. Many people dislike coffee for exactly that reason. They shouldn't be left thinking that's all there is.

Coffee originated in Ethiopia, "Caffè" is Italian, the "Americano" part simply means they watered down an Italian Espresso to make it weaker. Kinda what the US does to beer. Why not just serve traditional Italian drinks? Why does the US take decent food and drinks from around the world and "Americano" them until they're unrecognizable? Pizza is a huge pet peeve of mine. And don't blame all the Americas, just the Union, their only contribution to worldwide cuisine has been how not to cook, Hamburger Helper, frozen TV dinners and of course fast food restaurants on every block.

Coffee with no milk? They should have tried it black, with sugar and then with milk to get the total effect. I could never drink coffee without milk.

Adding sugar to coffee just makes the coffee taste bitter and sweet at the same time, which in my opinion is nasty. Coffee to me is better as it is without anything added to it. If it's too bitter just add less coffee powder/beans.

Have them try real Italian coffees, not that watered down Starbucks stuff. Cappuccino in the morning, it's specifically for breakfast, in Italy people will laugh at you if you order a cappuccino in the afternoon, most places will simply refuse to serve it. Caffè is basic coffee, a cup of joe in the USA, Latte is milk, Caffe Latte is ⅓ espresso, 2/3 heated milk, and a little foam, also only drink in the morning. Macchiato is less cream frothy, acceptable any time of day, Marocchino is that with cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Shakerato is iced coffee. Caffè al Ginseng is Italian ginseng coffee, their version of tea, tastes like pistachios and dirt, to me anyway. Caffè d’Orzo is Decaf.

People trying coffee out for the first time shouldn't have it so strong and they should add milk or half & half and sugar to it. I think they might prefer a cappuccino or mocha latte instead.

This is an Italian espresso drink. It is not American.

Yes, a good strong cup of coffee will wake you up in the morning. You can drink it with sugar and milk/cream if you prefer. And no, you probably don't want to give coffee to children lol.

American coffee is horrible! Australia has a strong coffee culture thanks to our Italian and Greek post WWII migrants who taught us all about coffee!
