RE will always blame aftermarket accessories instead of agreeing that their product is faulty. Zana crashguards are used in almost all brands of motorcycles, so why only himalayan chassis are breaking down? Never buy RE motorcycle!
Crash guards are sacrificial members that are expected to collapse on impact. If you install robust crash frames, especially with sliders, they will not bend and will put all stresses on the chassis membranes instead . This is akin to putting a strong pipe guard in front of the car to save the bumper… Zana’s explanations are not adequate. They do not address the mode of fall to explain why their member is in order and the chassis is broken. I have an interceptor and a Himalayan 411, and have used only the OEM guards.
Not good to see the chasis issue coming up again on Himalayan, also company claiming the issue is due to after market crash guard installation is kind of weird. There are so many bikes of different brands do get these guards installed and hardly any such news of chasis getting damaged. Hope company adress this issue and bring a long term solution and better quality products in future. #RajRideStories
Actually, some young generation riding Himalayan as like Triumph Tiger, Bmw bikes. These bykes are not compared to Himalayan.. Love the byke and use it as a family mamber. I have been using my intereceptor last 3 years. No major issue still found. Just changed my rear brake shoes. Now may be change the racer, but still running smoothly.
bike is not a decorative item in your living room brother.. the simple reason is RE does not have the technology to make a bike that can withstand 40 bhp of power. RE survives in the market bcoz of its blind followers. before RE gives any explanation the fan boys sacrifice themselves to save RE. what a pity.
Ktm use teellis frame which is a single frame bike construction then the tubular where two or more parts are joined to the main chasis. Still this cant be an excuse brcause even yezdi has the same constrction desgin but they dont caught such instance?
@@akhilkrishna2614 maine photos dekhe the cb500 ke. I think cb500 forums something name tha website ka. Usne bola tha after Market crash guard aur nut bolt ke vajah se hua. Jo engine ka cylinder casing hota hai vo hi pura damage ho gaya tha bolt dikh raha tha bich mai se
In my opinion, the problem of chasis break lies between crash guard as well as RE built quality because the crash guards which are sold are good quality too and RE should have kept in mind while testing the quality of the chasis that people will use after market crash guards I would suggest better not to touch the bolts on which engine is mounted and other crash guard that doesn’t use engine bolts to fit them shouldn’t have any issues However, RE should definitely improve their quality as well because always we can clearly see RE becomes victim of these issues and no other brand faces such issues
All one has to do is trace the history of Himalayan since it was first introduced. Royal Enfield has a trend of testing their motorcycles on the backs of people.
Bhai tumhe toh pata hi hoga Himalayan 411 cc BS4 pe bhi aisa kuch hu tha chassis front se tutna uske baad recall kiya tha company ne thoda re install kare thik usi tarah Himalayan 450 pe bhi aisa hi kuch
RE always mudsurging others they invests se o much penny on Research and development but still lack at some point in the previous version of Himalayan chassis also broken and same issue gets on this new 450 sherpa why every time RE ????????
The amount of bullshit that gets sold in the market in the name of 'crash guards' is almost laughable. It's even more pathetic to see the amount of motorcycles mounting these ornaments. Shumi brought up an argument in the Japanese manufacturer podcast and it's also a recurring topic of frustration that the international manufacturers don't take India as a serious market. I sadly believe it's true. The market is evolving, but the vast majority of the consumer share is still backwards. And I'm not trying to hate on anyone, but that is the reality at the end of the day. So stories of such abnormal nature, bike frames cracking for instance will continue to occur unfortunately.
Are Himalayan ka engine ka samne koi 2 bolt lose ho jata hey...side stand ride Kay baad rakhne say ake sound nikal ta hey...re service center tight kar Diya tha ...mere khyal say chassis break ka yahi karan hey..re chupa Raha hey
My meteor original crash guard broken like bone china material from it's hinge joint. I suffered muscle tear of my leg. When I asked about it's leg gaurd built quality ,service personnel told me that leg gaurd is in such a way that it will not bend instead it will broke. From that time I hate Royay Enfield Though I am a owner of a Royal Enfield.
Aap le sakte ho 450 and there is nothing to worry about because sirf 2 bikes ke issues aye h out of 40k bikes sold and bas dhyan rakho ke aisa crash guard mat lagao joh engine ke mounts pe lage Btw 411 has more issues than 450
Koi bhi bike aaye first lot me kabhi mat jaao,,,,,utubers pe chhod do,,,,,kyo ki bike achhi nikle ki kharaab,,,,vo sale video bna bna ke apna paisa nikal lenge,,,,,,hame ek saal baad hi bike leni chaahiye,,,,,jaisa ye bhai bola,,,,,
RE Is a game player. Don't trust. Okay , accepted as to what you say. What about the CON SET issue that all the RE 452 IS FACING. On the launch day the CEO and the TEAM were talking very HIGH. WHAT A brand. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
RE jaise ghatiye company maine kabhi nehi dekhi, waise sab company apna galti chupate hain, apne himalayan 450 ane se pehle, uska chasis design leke bat kiye they ke , yeh kuch kamozor lag raha hai, people are very concerned. But agar yehi hoti to sab me issue hote,.very doubtful and strange matter.
