I was thinking my hip mobility was fine until I tried her movements and fell over, aannnd got a foot cramp. Very humbling experience 😭🤧 just goes to show how important mobility exercises are and how we shouldn't take our bodies for granted
I wish someone had told me about these movements way sooner. A few years back I messed up my back was only 23 years of age. Luckily I went to the doctor and was sent physical therapist and chiropractors that were able to fix it. I’ve been doing these movements for a year now and haven’t hurt my back again! Nvr knew how important these were especially if you like to do weights

Yeah when i showed my docter that i had that hip mobility he was very impressed as apparently most people cant just relax into a slavic squat. Made me feel cool for a day.
