My wife and I drove all the way from salt lake City Utah over to Wheeling West Virginia to get a feel for the town, and idea of whether we want to move there or not. It's wonderful what you guys are doing! Maybe one day we'll be in a historic home 💗

Hey there. I watched your first home tour and just love the scenery of Wheeling shown in that video and just watched the updated tour of your reno. I have followed you on Instagram since discovering the first home tour. I love in Melbourne Australia and would pack up and move there in a heart beat! It's stunning and love old buildings. I always wonder why we we don't build like we did in the past. Why wouldn't we, it baffles me. I'd love to invest money into an old home or project, how much does one need to start? 10, 20, 30K, more? What's available for under 50K to purchase for renovating?

Is Capitol Theatre inside The Radio City Music Hall? I saw Wizard of Oz there in the late 1970's.
