Have you ever wondered which Historical Celebrities could have met? With this carefully timed animation, it's possible to see exactly which people were on this earth at the exact same time! Some of them were barely born, while others were coming to the end of their life but 'Alive at the Same Time' they were!
These connections in history fascinate me. I've loved colorization as it has allowed me to bring the past to life but I thought this would be another interesting way to do it. I, like many people, am obsessed with those videos which show you animated comparisons of sunken ships and such. Adobe After Effects was used extensively throughout this process for the Motion Graphics, which I think also aged me significantly haha.

Thank you! Yes it's really odd to me to think that, with people who lived as long as Queen Victoria or Queen Elizabeth the 2nd, a lot of history has happened in very few lifespans.

This was such an amazing video, it really put these figures into perspective on the timeline. Anne Frank and Elvis were certainly an eye opener. I also thought putting John W Booth and Lincoln next to each other was fascinating as you could see the different speeds of their names filling with white and yet ending together. Can't wait to see what you will create next!

Thank you so much! The Lincoln and Booth moment was actually one of the motivations to complete this video. The idea that Abraham Lincoln lived the first 29 years of his life before the cause of his death was even born, blew my mind a bit. Particularly as John Wilkes Booth only lived to 27 himself. It's also odd to think that one person can be famous for doing so much during his life and the other is only famous for ending that process.
