A rich old man (Haas) marries a low class showgirl (Moore), and she soon after falls for handsome young Vince Edwards (TV's BEN CASEY). They plot to have poor Hugo killed by a hit and run driver, but strangely a twin brother shows up at their door step, making them wonder if he's a twin or the old man returned from the dead.
An extra added feature is an appearance by the amazonic Dolores Reed from "Invasion of the Star Creatures". Hit And Run is also known as Cleo Moore's last film she made before turning to selling real estate.

This was a good one~!! Love to Google these old actors and see what twists and turns their private lives took. As I was a youngster in the 50's I didn't get to see these then and now they are so entertaining especially to get to see all the beautiful cars that were all manufactured in the good ole'

I developed an aversion to Hugo Haas since the first time I watched the "King Solomon Mines" movie; but after many years, last night I watched the "Hit and Run" and realized we was extremely talented. Glad I saw his production!

Something about Vince E...aside from his muscles and good looks, and they are considerable :)...that is so doggone compelling. He's got "it," that's for sure.

There’s “ Ben Casey MD” (Vince Edwards) when he was not famous. Later to star with Sam Jaffe in the Ben Casey medical drama show a few years later.
