I played one of the free bonus scenarios in the reboot(ish) Hitman. The game started off telling me for five minutes what a bad and corrupt politician my target was. Starts me off in a big plaza full of people, leaning on a railing, looking at him on stage. So I think to myself, "I have the perfect sneaky murder plan." I carefully whip out my pistol, pop a bullet in his brain and then run the hell away! And had to improvise by hiding in some catacombs from the dumb guards. I get the feeling the game itself was groaning in disappointment at having to call that mission successful...

You know that ninja wore armour right? Yeah that was clearly a samurai but ninja did often wear samurai armour. For the most part, ninja were just mercenaries used for espionage so it wasn't that rare for them to fight with armour. Hell, the most famous ninja ever, Hattori Hanzo is depicted wearing armour in his portraits.

Sparky Stardust Summers probably just to cheese off naruto fans....personally i found it hilarious and i kind of admit that if i didn't know how the word was pronounced and had no clue about how things are typically pronounced in japanese, i might have said it that way too. i still just think he was just poking fun at naruto fans who were expecting to hear it the right way.

Probably, but there WERE historical incidences where Ninja dressed in Samurai-like armor and fought on open ground during wars. Of course, movie cinema never likes to portray them accurately, preferring the clichéd ninjito (straight katana) and black garment, neither of which actually existed.
