We are FINALLY ON THE ROAD!! After nearly a year of planning and preparation we have finally done it, we are finally full time RV'ers and full time travelers. Our first destination is the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania where we found a great site to stay at for a few days before continuing on to the North East. We found what was once the Eighth Wonder of the World: the Kinzua Bridge. The center of the bridge was knocked down in 2003 by an F1 tornado but was reopened as a pedestrian skywalk in 2011. Jenni faces her fear of heights and we get our butts kicked by a very steep hike!

Hi from Kennedy NY!

We traveled across the bridge when it still was connected at both sides. The bridge itself had sections where is the wood was rotted out. My middle daughter was so frightened that she crawled. We told her could never fall down and then it did the next year. We hiked down the hill to the water and then back up. We were on the other side and there was no steps. Walking back was rough. We really enjoyed watching your video because it made us reminisce.

Awesome. I spent much of my childhood hiking and fishing in Allegheny National Forest. I have not been to the Kinzua Bridge since the 1980s.

I am so proud of you Jenni. I too have a fear of heights. While I was touring/traveling, I made it a point to go to whatever high place was available. I have now been to the Tower of Americas tower in San Antonio, the Space Needle in Seattle, World Trade Tower 2 (pre 911), the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and the Rockefeller Center. I even walked out onto the glass balconies of the Willis Tower (Sears Tower) in Chicago. I hope to see more videos where you face your fear of heights. It gets easier but, every situation is unique. Traveled across that bridge a few times and most recently watched my two younger sons walk across and return in 2000. Who would have thought it had serious problems. Also have to laugh as I see you going across Hwy 30 and looking at the windmills by Van Wert. I'm just down the road in Lima. Came here for the solar set up and enjoy your series, keep up the good work and enjoying life.

....real life content....nice background music...such a nice couple....just my opinion, but this is easily one of the best RV living series I've seen. So happy for this young couple who I'm sure are living life to the fullest (together) without the need for "Champagne and Caviar Dreams" .....as that once popular "lifestyles of the rich and famous" host always said.

Looks like fun, if you guys make it back to Idaho/Montana you have got to ride the Hiawatha bike trail. The path is mostly all down hill, and gorles through several tunnels, and over quite a few trestles.

Amazing!!! Guys, I watched you for the first time some months ago (I think it was the video "harassed at a campsite") and then I followed you along trails and adventures but today, I was feeling a little blue, thinking of my own plans for when I can finally hit the road (I may have to work some more months before I can actually do it) and I was playing with Filmora to teach myself how to edit videos and slideshows. I got tired of editing and making mistakes so I thought I could use a "pick-me-up video" from you but, this time, I decided to go to your channel and to start binging from whichever your first video was... I was floored!!! Not only I could finally understand your motivations, but it was also super reassuring to see you struggling with fears, doubts, and uncertainty, it was so generous of you to take us all through that process because suddenly, feeling blue today was just a forgettable little moment in life and you made me smile again, thank you! I don't think you realized you would have the capacity to encourage and inspire other people when you were making those videos but Gosh, you need to know you really gave me a boost, big time!!! Thank you so much for sharing so HONESTLY, if I am very lucky I will get to cross paths with you someday :) Adriana PS: it was beautiful to see how fit you are nowadays (I need to make progress about that too) and a question: what software do you use to edit your material? Thank you again!!!

Just found your page. You were so cute pretending to be a tornado. We retired last June and traveled 98 days. We have a 33 ft Jayco with 3 slides. Way to big for state parks. Need to downsize for this summer.
@FateUnbound
@FateUnbound 6 лет назад
Hahaha yeah Jenni is my cutie! congratulations on your retirement! We hope it's treating you well! That's exactly why we went with our little 25ft trailer with no slides. It's not the most luxurious thing (by far) but it goes where we need it to and can fit just about anywhere. Safe travels you two!
@takayama1638
@takayama1638 6 лет назад
We're on our third trailer, 25', and wanting to downsize now. You just don't need such a big trailer. With kids, maybe 30' would be good, but two and dog, 25' is plenty big!

I haven’t seen all your videos but pls get Jenni and you best choice washing machine for $119. It’s awesome and worth it. I love you guys and logic but I don’t see the problem with black thank. It’s not that messy. Your pros are valid, 1) increased water as flushing toilet takes a little water but not much 2) increased gray tank but 2 people really should not fill up 30 gallon tank. Too many touches with a composting toilet. Get her that washer. Worth it.

Hahaha don't worry about it we love hearing from you! The Kinzua Skywalk is definitely worth checking out, it is beautiful and the history is very interesting too. They just built that new visitor's center and they did a great job. And if you want the GPS for the free boondocking site we had in the Allegheny National Forest which is just a few miles from the Kinzua Skywalk just let me know!

We're not rich either, we just sold everything and saved up what we could and are currently living off our savings while we figure out a way to make money on the road as well. Jenni has a remote job right now but it is only part time and only covers about half our living expenses. Good luck to you Ken =)
