Hold down the + & - buttons together until the p01 comes up then press middle button until you get to P16 at this point hold down the minus button and that reaets it to manafactur settings.

I have the BK11, check out my latest vid. Sux that in the UK they can't have a motor over 250, I have a 750 watt with a 48V batt.. but all the vids I see out there they don't work with the so called p-8 setting.. somehow folks are missing a step even after powering down after still don't work. Maybe they're doing the older model controller considering one is a 2023 BK11 idk
It would be a little more helpful in English and since there is absolutely NOTHING in the manual about the controller l have to play hit or miss with the settings. The BK3M (l think only sold on Amazon) is an excellent bike. Today after five months of ownership it rolled over 1000 trouble free miles. For $900 you get a very well equipped fat tire 26x3 750 watt 48v 14ah battery with headlight tail/brake light rear rack tire pump and lock plus a big cushy seat. I've recommended to several friends who feel the same way about theirs. They all ask me the same question "how do l set the top speed higher?" I managed to reset mine to 27 mph but it still has more. Something to do with the P8 setting but still can't quite get it right. A little help from Hitway would be nice but they don't answer e-mails
