Oh my god! I had never seen anyone talk about this problem. And moreover, you have explained it so wonderfully. I am straight. I have this kind of ocd. I have been suffering from this ocd for so many years. It felt so nice seeing someone talk about it so aptly.

Girls can also Have Homesexual / Hetrosexual Thoughts. In the video , I have only given Boys related examples but Girls can also have this OCD. They may have lesbian thoughts if they are straight and straight thoughts if they are Lesbian

help me please 😭.. I have came across a channel named "not defining" and I've watched his videos regarding hocd he's basically bisexual person. So in all of those videos, he was actually trying to convincing people to trust on their intrusive thoughts as their "true and authentic self", his videos are so confusing specially for straight people who are suffering from hocd. His videos basically focus on bisexuality, he says that out of two, one is bisexual. He says that it's real, trust it, "trust your attractions (which are actually not real), tell yourself that you enjoy it blah blah"..I was quite ok before watching his videos but I randomly found his channel and watched his videos related to HOCD and then I started feeling extremely anxious and panic. He's like "you're bisexual in reality so trust your true self" like what? We truly don't want this. My eyes are filled up with tears and my hands are shivering and my heart speed up right now while typing this. I feel like why did I watch his videos, it made me super confused now. I can't live like this anymore, I just can't deal with this anymore.
