why did germans do literally nothing? They are big nation, but they are divided by other europe countries and they didn't do some revolt for 100 years?
Their revolt probably can make communards stronger than TOR and Germans are very rich in the Italo-German Holy Roman Federation. Also South Germans happy from their situation even if north is revolt they don't have so much reason to fight for them, they are not like puppets besides North German Centralists parties tried to eradicate all of federation members at 1940's even some Prussians didn't like this idea. But in the end Communards has fallen and some of them may want to be free.
