​@@jamesk3612 we are not against "trans" people, we love them and want what's best for them. We deny the existence of transgenderism as a concept because God doesn't make mistakes in assigning our gender. Transgender ideology is in some aspects a modern form of Gnosticism.

Gender ideology is a man-made instrument that degrades the dignity of the human person. It intends to blur the line and demonize the differences between male and female, when God says that humans as His creation are “very good.”

@@jamesk3612 Christians believe in the concept of truth as a positive virtue, that means that Truth is good for you, and falsity is bad for you, physically, spiritually, truly. The idea of transgenderism is a modern sociological concept that is counterfactual. It necessitates that we ignore the truth. The Christian knows that we cannot profess that which is not true, and we know that falsity is bad for the health physically and spiritually of everyone involved. So we have to stand up for the truth, not because we are AGAINST people that are mired in falsity, but because we are FOR them and against the lies. It shows love to tell the truth, it shows a lack of love to lie.

I am against the tr@nniez AND religious people, both. Deal with that, there are millions like me.

I recently heard a bit of advice, I can't remember exactly where I heard it but, the advice was "speak to your wife like you would the Virgin Mary". I love it!

He originally wasn’t going to talk about it, but when the news was leaked on Twitter he made an episode about it and basically just blamed his wife and said “I just married the wrong person.” The next day a video was leaked (I guess by his ex wife? Maybe wanting to defend herself. Not sure.) the video was from a nest camera above their back door and he was just talking down to her, and getting mad about her using the car, and complaining about her needing discipline and to do her wifely duties. And the whole time she was 8 months pregnant. You should watch it to see how he sounded. It wasn’t like a normal couple fight, he seemed so narcissistic and controlling. It’s just one video, I’m sure his wife has her problems too, but a lot of people lost respect for Steven because of it. Candace Owens made a video about it you could find

@@magnoliam4159to be fair (and mind you I don’t particularly like Crowder) it’s a three minute video of a 8 year marriage. We all have had bad days that if caught on camera would make us seem awful. We don’t know the full context of the video, we don’t what was said before or after. Any criticism or inference would be gossip. I’ll grant that the video doesn’t look good at all, but none of us are really in a position to judge. I don’t think Matt should speak about it directly. He can have a video on Christian marriage dynamics but to comment on a person, who he doesn’t know, based on a single video would be uncharitable and wrong. If anything we should all take this as a reminder to do a better job of living our own spouses.

I had this very conversation with my sister. I said to her not to claim the sin as an identity. Her identity is not in the LGBTQ label, her identity is in Christ. That distinction makes it so the sin and sinner can be separated. And at the end of the day, you cannot ask me to adhere to that worldview becauss it asks me to be complicit in a lie, which is a sin. Therefore, her concept of respect is actually OBEDIENCE. Its an unstable grasp of human interaction.

@@Momofukudoodoowindu I'm glad you were able to have such a conversation with your sister about it. I'm Catholic, but I'm kinda struggling to "be Catholic." My sister puts her identity in the LGBTQ label... also very progressive... and kind of sneer about it... I love her very much, but it's hard for me to even come anywhere near these conversations when one, she's kind of stubborn about it, two, I'm trying to bear my own crosses, and three, I'm no expert in Catholic teaching, as admittedly, I still have a lot to learn myself.

@@mervinhocsonart1921 I'm not catholic, I'm a follower of Christ. Catholicism in and of itself is manmade legalism and man savior-dom. One of the pillars of being a follower of Christ is realizing all we have to do in the New Testament covenant is believe in and have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and read His scriptures thereof making it our life's purpose. You do not need ANY intermediaries. No saints, no elder popes, no rituals, no nothing, to access God. All you need is JESUS CHRIST. We are called in the New Testament to walk purely by the faith with no work required, to be baptized in the Holy Spirit, saved by the Grace of God. To walk by faith means to drop the scales from our eyes of political cultural salvation. No religiosity must be adopted because the old testament has been fulfilled by Jesus Christ dying on the cross. Walking by faith in Jesus Christ is to uninvolve yourself from religiosity, from politics, from churchianity - because all of them are IN the world and not of it. This is why you are a struggling catholic, as much as I used to be before God pulled me out of the delusion. Teaching God's children to revere a human is antithetical to biblical teaching. It requires you to be an apologist to self-god worship. This is why every single catholic you know is obsessed with American politics. The doctrine already teaches self-god, they therefore apply that to the political landscape: all, of which, God has literally called us OUT OF. There's no difference between Catholicism and the word of faith movement or the Hebrew roots movement or the next legalistic infighting on denominational interpretation. Pull yourself out of it. Your only label is FOLLOWER OF CHRIST. You are a righteously proud CITIZEN OF HEAVEN. No one can take your name off the book of life, no one can alter your reach to God. He is next to you, He goes before you and yet He walks behind you. He hears your every sigh.

@@Momofukudoodoowindu In my church we follow what the first Christians did. I am Catholic, which makes me a Christian. My first label would be Follower of the Father, in Heaven. The Bible does not teach us to pray to Jesus at all. Jesus came to show us how to pray to the Father. Because the only mediator between us and God is Jesus Christ, it would mean, biblically to pray to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. Your anti-Catholic rant shows me you don't know much about Catholicism. I think you have been taught falsehoods by uneducated people. I would like you talk with some Catholic or even a priest and find out what The Church is about.
