Gingerbread Pancakes
1 1/4 Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs molasses
1 egg
4 Tbs melted butter
3/4 milk
1/2 cup cold coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
2tsp ground cinnamon powder
1 1/2 ground ginger powder
1\2 tsp allspice
1\8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
Pancake Syrup for gingerbread pancakes
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 molasses or substitute with more brown sugar
1/4 salt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup of water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Opt. finish with adding 1/4 cup of melted butter
Eggnog Pancakes
1 1/2 flour
3 Tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of nutmeg or to taste
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cup of eggnog
3Tbs butter or oil
