This is the first video of September, so I'll tell you what I'm planning to do this month. First of all, I still need to record Death's Gambit. To be honest, I mostly didn't like it, and I'm not enthusiastic about recording bosses either. But I'll do it anyway. Probably. There's actually no new games this month, which I'd like to play. There is a new spider-man game for PS4, but I still can't decide if I want to try it or not. However, there is a couple big updates for the older games: On September 13th, A Hat in Time gets a "Seal the Deal" DLC. It will have a new chapter and a Death Wish mode, which seems to make the game (and bosses) significantly more harder. On September 20th, CrossCode will get a 1.0 update and leave Early Access. If I have enough time, I'll also record something from the requested games.
Gellot You don't have to force yourself if you are not enthusiastic about some of the games, we'll enjoy your contents regardless :) Keep up the good work! Can't wait for you to kick more boss's butts!
Gellot if you feel like you want something that is challenging and mechanically interesting I heavily suggest the old PlayStation game known as Prinny PSP. It is a 2.5D game with a great soundtrack and some very powerful and much challenging bosses. There is also a "one touch death" mode in the game to suit your fancy.
Schilani there are three modes normal which is normal ascended which changes the bosses into harder versions of themselves and you take double the damage that you normally would and radiant which has all of the changes from ascended but you die in one hit
I think the best part of this is the post-victory reactions, which make the whole thing look more incharacter: -Uses False Knight as a bouncy castle -Rushes up to Hornet and looks up at her in concern -Bows back to the Mantis Lords -Eagerly waits for Nosk to blow up to play with the skull before the screen fades -Keeps trying to hit the dead Collector. (who doesn't) -Kind of just... stares down at Zote. I have no idea what emotion that conveys but I agree. -Bows back to the nailmasters and nailsages There are probably more, but it's late today.
@@Dragoran56 i used to do that but i learned that if you actually do it, he activates his "pufferfish" like attack much more frequently (he will use it at the start of the fight and right after every time he morphs to a bat) so yeah, its annoying as fuck, so i stopped doing that and now i bow back to him. Everytime.
@@yann_ma ah, I still think it's pretty useless, it'd take 4-7 attempts for it to work, and it takes 3 charm slots it's funny how in general this charm is pretty useless, but now with new update it can be used at least in something important
@@Nalyd_VS Oh I assume it DOES, that's not gonna stop the accidental slappings of grimm a (few dozen)milliseconds too late that lead to the deaths of idiot babies like me
1:02:14 you did let Grimm bow to the audiance... and you even bow to him back! Now you are the kind of person I wanted to see x') Also great job on doing no hit, watcher knights, Pure Vessel and Radiance seem pretty hard for that
It may not look like it due to how effectively Gellot dealt with it, but Radiant Collector is actually one of the most evil things in the game. For me, at least, it's the hardest boss aside from Radiant Absolute Radiance.
Thesaurus Rex Rad Collector seems like a boss that just requires you to be in alert and be good on dodging him (atleast for me lul) I find him nor easy nor hard. I'm having some problems with Rad Great nailsage Sly tho (aside Rad. Absolute radiance and NKG)
I had a fairly easy time with Sly, using I think Mark of Pride, Longnail, Sprintmaster, Dashmaster, Fragile Strength, and Defender's Crest. Makes you fast enough to dodge his attacks easily by only walking, and gives you a nail length comparable to Sly's (both of which are especially valuable in his second phase). NKG also wasn't that bad for me, if only because he pounded me into the dirt so many times before Godmaster released that I am now very good at fighting him. Markoth, Collector, Oblobbles, and Absolute Radiance are the only bosses giving me much trouble now (I can't even beat Collector or Absolute Radiance on Ascended).
I saw the notification this morning and said, “He did it.” I’m watching right now, “He needs his own boss level in this game. The Godtuner is but tin foil to Gellot.”
i like Grimm, he's a respectful bug, bowing to his opponents first before he goes ahead and kicks the sh*t out of them if he's not attacked during the bow and if you are fighting him for the first time.
im way late to the party, I know, but God Tamer does actually have music in her battle. Colosseum intensity 6 plays, which is used in Trial of the Fool when you fight her. it's just hard to hear because it's not really music, it's just a bunch of percussion and bass. :)
@@thotslayerdante5737 In the lore, other than the Radiance, Nightmare King Grimm has godlike powers. Hornet is a demigod and the vessels are considered as higher beings (godlike), but I personally don't really consider them gods.
@@thotslayerdante5737 Im not sure if you played the game at all but, spoilers. Also be warned the story is mostly up to interpretation. This is only based on what the Hollow Knight community mostly agrees on. The knight and its "big version" are vessels. They were originally the children of the King and Queen of Hallownest both of which are gods. However the Pale King removed their minds to empty them out and replaced it with a ghost with a free spot to contain a being. They were made as containers to seal the Radiance (contain gods) hence why they are called vessels. The King thought there is only one successful vessel made. That successful vessel (big version of ourselves) is the "hollow knight" which is more of title rather than a name. However it can't fully contain the Radiance and that's where one of the other vessels show up, the true "hollow knight" (our protagonist). Like I said earlier, the game consider them as higher beings/gods but they don't even have the free will of lesser bugs. They have the power to challenge the Radiance but are subconsciously forced or called to do so. They are trapped by their purpose It's up to you if you consider them gods.
>Kills Absolute Radiance on Radiant difficulty, where he would die in one hit if damaged >Godseeker still calls him out for not defeating Absolute Radiance in the Pantheon of Hallownest
fun fact against the soul tyrant : you can actually jump and hit up right before he appears then dash forward on second phase and you get a lot of extra hits before he stops diving into the ground - I have discovered it myself and I have seen nobody do this :D
This is absolutely amazing how can you even try to get this, there must have been some serious dedication in this one, this is Insane. May i ask you how many hours you have in this game?
If only the mosscharger didn't stagger so much, it would be enjoyable :D But I didn't know this strategy in my first playthrough, so I had a more prolonged fight with it :D
