Today, as we celebrate the Solemnity of Christ the King and the liturgical year comes to a close amidst challenging times, it is appropriate to ask ourselves: who reigns in our hearts? Are we serving God, ourselves or the world? Christ, who is our King, is also our Shepherd who cares tenderly for his people, and He invites us to rest in Him in our weariness and demands of the world.
