Home Appraser/Home Inspector Screwed Up 

I wholeheartedly agree, but most sellers don't want to know if there are any faults (or want to believe their "perfect" house has any). I tell people all the time to have an inspection prior to selling so they can get a leg up on any issues, but in my many years in the business not once have I had a seller do so. They'd rather just wait for a Buyer's Request for Repairs, hoping that the Buyer will either not notice something, not care about something or take a concession for a lot less than it would cost them (Seller) to fix it themself. @@thewoggerswaydiy I sold a house and I repaired all that was noted on the inspection report. The inspector came out a few days later to see if everything item was repaired. The buyer never asked for the repairs, I just wanted it perfect. All very minor items except some shingles missing due to a storm.
